    I started meditating last year and I have been using this app non stop since then. I love that it tracks how many minutes I have spent meditating since I installed it and that I can save my favorite meditations so I can listen to them over and over... I just renewed my subscription for this year. Too!!! It makes everything so easy and I am not going to lie... it looks cool...! I fell for the cool factor! Lol It also has lots of info on meditation and courses. I really do only the single meditations and I guess you could find single meditations in YouTube. But I wouldn’t trade the quality and convenience of this app... the tracking system, the look and feel and the immediate access...and the sends of accountability I get by having it on my phone... It reminds me to meditate... totally worth it to me !! I am more than 10% happier!!! :) so grateful!!!

    I love the app, I find the guided session incredibly helpful in learning the basics of meditation and mindfulness. I would love to see a simple meditation timer added-one without narration that still synced with the health app.

    Life changing. I have been doing these lessons regularly for several months and it is like learning a new language. I wish this App had existed and I had found it 20 years ago! :) I am a physician and this meditation course has helped me not only manage my work and relationships better but also enjoy them more - including my relationship with myself. The lessons are short and sweet. Very do-able even in a crazy busy life. Have recommended the app to many of my stressed-out patients. Thank you (thank you!) for this course!!!
