    Didn’t realize I purchased this app by just looking at it. Not worth the monthly fee or the $99 yearly I was tricked into buying.

    I’ve tried a number of meditation apps, and this is my favorite one for a few reasons: - Diverse instructors. A lot of other apps only have one narrator. This one not only puts a name and face to its voiceovers, but does interviews with each one, so you can really try to see which ones you find most credible and connect with. - Realistic expectations. The app isn’t called 100% Happier. And the instructors seem to understand that and stay grounded in reality. - Many guided audios not only of a broad range of topics, but also by length - Not just focused on “beginners” who have never meditated before. There’s stuff for moving beyond “focusing on your breath” Cons: - App crashes sometimes 🤷🏻‍♂️ - UI isn’t pretty as it often is in other meditation apps

    Love this app. It has been instrumental to help me increase mindfulness. I really enjoy this discussions and reflections from meditation guides. I just wish I could download some of my favorite meditation guides to listen to when cell or WiFi is not available.

    I am a retired Occupational therapist and I am pleased with your perspectives teaching some neurology with physiology psychology. Here comes the problem. I suffered a physical trauma with chronic pain and PTSD on the job. A dog maul. There are plenty of people like me that can barely make it month to month and have hard time paying for enough health services. Please think about a restructuring of your payment structure. I would purchase but not a an anual price.

    My family is visiting right now. This morning I meditated on gratitude. Appreciation seems more than it was before. This app/meditation made me appreciate water more. A weird review, right? This is simple mindfulness for me. These are my truths. I never meditated before this app. I immediately purchased it once I felt that breakthrough. It was day 2. Please use this app. You will have a more positive effect on the world. I am confident in that statement. I struggle with addiction. This app helps mitigate my cravings. This app is more helpful to me than my current therapist. It is truly great. And for this, I am grateful.
