  • Can’t offload to flash drive

    By FinanceFTW
The app is overall good, but what would be nice is to change the download location to a flashdrive instead of the folder within the Movies. I only have a 256 GB ssd and it would a lifesaver if I could move the 40 GB’s of videos to a flashdrive so I can free up my actual storage on my computer. I would also be nice if the movie files weren’t encrypted into an unplayable .mp4 file, but I likey doubt that will change :(
  • Ok application

should have more functionality. Not enough functionality other than just downloading courses. Add browsing course functionality so that one can just add the download of the course they wish to watch instead of moving back and forth with the browser.
  • Needs Some Work Done

    By FeeFee and Tarken
It got annoying whenever I would watch a video and as soon as I click on the right side of the screen it would take me back a chapter or a full chapter ahead. I can however say that I've been more inclined to watch more Lynda videos now but the crinkles haven't been ironed out in terms of bug fixes and this is almost a dealbreaker for me. Has great potential but definelty needs more work done.
  • Pretty confusing at first

    By demonjk
When I first opened this app it didn't make any sense. Finally realized one has to start on the website and download from there.
  • Great for use during long commutes

    By maxicab13
I don't see why everyone hates this app so much. However, I will give this app only 4 stars since I did notice the theater mode setting neglecting to hide the background from your mouse. Other than that, I found the full downloads to be incredibly handy as I frequently ride on a train with no wifi. I'm also impressed with how quickly it syncs my progress once I return to wifi. Lastly, I find the interface to be simple and easy to navigate.
  • Cant log in through linkedin

    By Mike Cantor
They haven’t wired this correctly to login via the linked-in account so… useless.
  • Terrible design

    By Obouchari
These app is poorly designed and have an abvious bad bug. Someone else mentioned the same issue. You click somewhere on the right side when you're on full screen and the app will play a different video. And actually what happened is that you clicked on a video in the right list even though supposedly it's supposed to be behind the video. I use it because I have to. As far as I know there is no way you can play offline courses without this miserable app unfortunalty.
  • Huge bug

    By sjbarai
I cant believe pathetic built of this app. I was screwed as everytime I tried to pause/play the video by clicking on it, it changed the video. It took me a while to figure out that the clicks on the video are being sent back to the background screen because of which if you click on the right side of the video (when it is on fullscreen), that click is being sent to the right column (where there is a list of videos behind the current playing video) and chenges the current playing video. I havent seen such a bad built of an app before. Lynda used to be great before LinkedIn aquired it.
