Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant. We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like. As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready. - Follow any eating style or create your own - Hit your macros and calorie targets every day - Empower yourself with automatic control over your diet - Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat - Personalize any of our recipes and they'll replace the original - Reduce food waste - Don't like our suggestions?     I’ve been looking for a tool to help me not eat the same thing everyday while keeping the food healthy. This is perfect! Helps me to keep variety hassle-free, and way easier than coming up with shopping lists from scratch. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in healthy eating and simplifying grocery shopping.
  • Good app, a few things make it cumbersome

    I love being able to put my macros in and get meals generated. I would use the app more if there was ability to remain logged in or use Face ID. Also adding an easy option to make it so you don’t see particular recipes again and to make finding recipes and foods a few less taps- maybe in meals create the search option.

    Okay, I’ve tried soooo many food tracking apps and meal plans. This is by far the cheapest, most customizable, and easy to use app I have found! The premium is WELL worth the monthly subscription. Also, all of the meals are so easy to follow! It’s made it so easy to stick to eating healthy, keeping up with macros, and having everything at your fingertips in one app. Love love love.

    I’m sure this is a great app, but I found it to be too complicated. I had a difficult time navigating and utilizing the app. This isn’t for people with no knowledge of healthy eating. The app has many features, but was not beneficial for me at my level.

    It’s so good. I got this app called “Eat This Much”. I put in how many meals I want to eat in a day(4), how much money I want to spend a day on food, how many calories I want to eat (I think they will figure it out for you if you put in height, weight, age), food likes/dislikes/allergies, and then it generates a weekly meal plan and grocery list based on your budget. You can have it make more servings for leftovers(family or next days food). I’ve lost 47lbs just based on eating all the different suggestions it gave me based on what I wanted to eat and my allergies. This app made it so simple for me to find things to eat for an entire day when I found out at age 28 that I’m allergic to everything. Thank you Eat This Much!!   • Poor user experience and meh recipes

    Really wanted to like this app, after reading reviews I jumped all in and bought a year’s worth subscription. The paid version just doesn’t deliver. If you think this will take all the work out of meal planning you will be very disappointed. 1. First off, the only options are 1 day and 1 week of meal plans. So you have to choose between going to store every day and eating stale greens on day 7; 2. Extremely wasteful, I end up throwing away food weekly. Recipes are completely different every week and don’t build upon left over ingredients. That package of semolina will not see another use for months; 3. Ready to shop for 40 items at the store? The recipes are all over the place and not consistent (even in grocery optimizer mode); 4. Hello 3.7 bell peppers, 1.5 onions, and 4.7 tomatoes. Better bring a paring knife with you (also see #1 above); 5. Unable to aggregate closely related items (e.g. multigrain bread and whole wheat bread - you end up with 2 half eaten loafs of bread); 6. And finally, unless you’re on keto diet mode, get ready to eat sandwiches *every* week
