Apollo for Reddit App Reviews

  • Not paying reddit again

    By Bellevue Fine Art Repro
What is the deal with Reddit discontinuing alienblue, then releasing Apollo? I paid for alienblue. I’m not paying Reddit to release a different app every year. Complete nonsense
  • Best reddit app, best dev!

    By SureLockHomes_sc
Apollo simply can’t be beat when selecting the best reddit app for iOS. It’s intuitive design, highly customizable features and general ease of use makes browsing a fluid experience. The dev is very open, responsive and engaged with the community on the Apollo subreddit. Rarely will an issue go unresolved for more than one update. I was happy to purchase the ‘pro’ version for a few extra features; this app is definitely worth the couple bucks!
  • Very good balance and excellent gestures and short cuts

    By Review 161
Overall, best iOS Reddit app I have tried. Two suggestions: make the post button toggle between home and subreddits. This will reduce the need to reach to the top of the screen to get back to home posts. The second suggestion is darken the line separating the post to make it easy to follow the posts.
  • Do yourself a favor and get this app

    By Zygo79
This app is by far waaaaay better than the official app. Also, I happily paid for the premium version to support independent developers. Also, NO ADS like the official app as well. Wins all around if you ask me.
  • I regret buying every single day

    By fjalkdj
This app is an irredeemable piece of trash I regret paying for every single time I use it. I feel like each time I use it, I find new UI bugs. Just today, I realized that if you paste a link in the I out filed BEFORE typing a title, it won’t let you type the title. It’s really pathetic and this app needs to stop pretending it is a polished experience because it is clear this guy is doing nothing but the bare minimum so he can take your money.
  • Great Developer

    By ElRealRico
This app gets a lot of shine because it’s actually that great. Far and away the best way to browse reddit on your phone. Edit: still great and honestly they only way I can browse reddit and this point.
  • Love it

    By Klapucius
My only wish is to be able to filter unlimited subs from r/All
  • Latest version - crash crash crash

    By Jim from Omaha
On startup, if I don’t navigate to a subreddit within about 500ms the app crashes. Things have been great until this release.
  • Best Reddit Client. Period.
