Dine Dating App App Details

• “Best New App” - Apple App Store • “Feel much less nebulous than chatting on Tinder” - Business Insider • "It's perfect for foodies looking for a partner with similar taste buds." - Refinery29 • “Match to that first dinner or drinks date as quickly as possible.” - Venture Beat • "Dine is all about skipping the "funny business" and hitting restaurants, bars and cafés with the people you like." - PhoneArena Dine allows you to meet people who are interested in going on an ACTUAL date! Matching with locals and having dead end conversations over the internet gets old so how about skipping the funny business and going on real dates at restaurants, bars and cafés near you? It’s time for you to get out and meet with people you like. We designed Dine to solve a major issue we found amongst existing dating services. While all of these services allow people to mutually like each other and then start talking, there's a big problem: all that hassle leads to an actual date only a fraction of the time! That means liking 100s of users just to go on a single date! Plus, it’s been shown that the average time it takes from first greeting to first date is usually around two full weeks. That’s where Dine comes in. For those of you who want to message hundreds of users, you might want to find another service. On the other hand this is the perfect app if you want to easily meet people you are interested in over a good food and drinks. ■Dine Gold Upgrade to Dine Gold the best and most efficient Dine experience. With Dine Gold you can enjoy unlimited messaging and some special features. Dine Gold price starts at $29.99 USD/month. Please note that with all premium subscriptions: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current one, three or six month periods. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Dine Dating App App Reviews

  • Terrible

    By NJDyl222
Downloaded the app and immediately wanted me to pay $65/year. Yeah that’s not what I am into. Goodbye and never again. Awful
  • Terrible app

Two days in I get a match but if I want to send a date to meet up or any other messages with that match I have to purchase the membership. Nah
  • Not recommended

When I signed up for this app I was told “date guarantee or money back”. I’ve had a few matches but they’d mysteriously stop texting or showing up. Anyways my subscription ended and I didn’t get any money back. Also, what’s the reason this app is so highly priced in comparison to other apps?
  • Garbage. They kept matching you with fake profiles

    By Marclovesandroid
They deleted my previous review lol So they tricked me once into paying for this They matched you with fake profiles So if they match you with someone See if you can find their Facebook and ask them if they use the app. They’d say they never signed up for it. Premium is 60bucks a month The dev is very funny
  • Poorly Designed

    By MarcoAurelius
I deleted this app after a week. It’s poorly designed, buggy and non-intuitive. From what I can tell, if you match with someone else to dine with, you still can’t communicate with them. Who wants to meet someone they haven't communicated with? Not me...and I’ll bet not most people. This app is just a waste of time. Not recommended.
  • Take a hint, babe

    By kelsee_bat
This app itself was clunky and slow. The emails i endless received after logging out were the last straw. I will tell anyone that will listen to stay away from this needlessly clingy app.
  • Way to much

    By szxrdgcvv
Don’t like having to pay to talk to people
  • This app is a joke!!

    By Roxiy01
It constantly matches me with random people I never tried to match with.
  • Very interesting app so far.

I like the conception of this app because it sets the dynamics to meeting up asap, and not have to deal with the whole back and forth of messaging. Not that you still can't do that mind you, but it seems that you focus on setting up a date first, which I like big time! Kudos to the developers for this app! With more improvements, this could be the best dating app for a while. Only con is male users have to pay for premium, but you can get discounts based on the amount of months you order. Overall, download this app! I already set up a date with a very cute girl from there, and will see how it goes. Edit- A year later, the developers completely ruined this app with changing the pricing structure ($65/yr now!) and features of the app. Most guys, including myself, have bailed out of this app because of that. Went from 5 stars to 1 star. Way too kill what was working, developers.
  • Great concept, horrific execution & apparent greed by developer

First of all, I researched a lot of apps and I love the concept of this one. But hopefully somebody else will borrow the essence of this concept and create a reasonably priced and reasonably done app that accomplishes the same result. I was careful to read through a number of reviews and I saw many poor ones and a few good ones, but what struck me is the horrific responses by the developer. The logic they used in trying to defend the $65 a month price was absurd. Yes, people get the concept. It's great for women who want a free meal, and you capitalize on the man's desire to date by taking a large membership fee from them and on top of it they have to pay a lot of money for a first date. Plus I agree with the poster who said you absolutely have to allow a way for two-way communication in case one can't make it to dinner, (I imagine lots of people get stood up, both men and women). And also, if I am going to pay for someone to dine with me, I would like to be allowed as much communication prior to the date as I am comfortable with. And to be able to do that without jumping through hoops or paying money. There are other apps where each party can say if they want to pick up the tab or go Dutch. Does this app have any such option? I think the developer needs to rethink allowing people to have free reign for most aspects, and make it easier to gain a higher number of roses. And he must reduce the monthly fee if he expects to make a long-term success of his business, but clearly he's not willing to do that based on his absurd defenses to other posts. By the way, where are your promotional deals to allow people to try it for a month at say only $10 or $15 max, the way many other apps offer? And I don't think you are priced in line with apps I have used. For example, I was able to purchase 6 months on another popular dating app for about $90 and you're charging more than four times much per month!
