Cant pay on the app
Tried to order a giftcard online. 12.50 for delivery. Have ordered online before, delivery by usps no issues. Now not an option. Called store directly spoke to a manager, wouldnt take order over phone, suggested the app, that I could order a gc and pay on the app. Nope. Cant do that. AND, app gets worst reviews Ive seen for an app!

Ordering is broken in iOS 11

I’ve been using and enjoying this app for a while to order lunch in advance so I don’t have to wait a half hour for my sandwich to be made at the store. I upgraded my phone to an 8+ using iOS 11.0.3 and when I try to select my sandwich to pre-order, the screen won’t scroll down far enough for me to select it and purchase. Basically, this has caused me to delete the app and eat elsewhere. Please fix this, it’s unbelievably dumb to have an error like this, to not notice, to not fix, and to not have anywhere on your site or in the app to report the bug.

Add to Cart button missing from some items. Usually items where you need to select bread type. Nobody check this stuff? (iPhone 6)
Be wary of eventhe freebie
Just went to the westwood location. 21 minutes when not busy to pick up egg salad and cup of gazpacho. Rude manager to boot who couldn't be bothered to even check on sandwich. While waiting another guest told me to check my order because always wrong
Great food, nothing in the app works
Can't place orders ahead, can't even pay at counter with the barcode - every other company has figured this out, LPQ should be embarrassed

I rarely if ever have rated an app but this is truly terrible. I wanted to order berry oatmeal but it always priced at $0 and I got a "POS" error when I tried to check out. So I selected banana oatmeal instead which priced but when I tried to online order it, each time I entered my credit card it said "Loading credit card..." and spun endlessly. There is also no ability to select what type of milk you'd like in a chai latte although you can with oatmeal. After wasting 15 min trying to online order in advance to "save time" I just called it in.
No scanning, no customer support!
Have tried for a week to receive credit on more than $300 worth of purchases to no avail. Should not come as a surprise after consistently poor table service during those visits. Take your business elsewhere.
