  • I LOVE this app but....

    This is the best app for mental health tracking that I've found, however, it is not at all affordable. The subscription prices are outrageous (the life one in particular). Its disappointing that so many features are restricted especially when it has the potential to help so many people, some who may otherwise have limited access to mental health help. I can't afford to pay the monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription even though I would love to have access to those tools. As I mentioned before though, this app is the best I have found so I will continue using it. I only wish you would make it more accessible to the people who really need it.

    I’ve been using this app for the better part of a week, which isn’t too long in the big picture, but from what I can tell by this point is that this is the best app for coping with depression to be found. I already feel a difference with my condition after using Pacifica. What sets this app apart from others is that it doesn’t just analyze your thoughts or feelings, but is proactive and helps you move in the direction of healing. There’s much more focus on hope and not just how bad things feel. I’ve been more inspired to make progress since using this. There’s a lot of content to work with on the interface, which I found a little overwhelming at first, but it’s manageable after some learning. Some features are locked for the premium members, but they’re more of the bells and whistles - you’ll still have access to the most important tools of what you need to get on a better path with the basic account. The prices for upgrading are a little daunting if you don’t have much extra money, but I do understand when comparing to the cost of meds/therapy. There’s obviously a lot of continuous effort put in here from the makers, and I plan to upgrade if I end up using this for the long term, to support them. I’ve been in a really bad place lately and having some form of help that’s working means a whole lot. So, if you’re having issues with depression or anxiety, absolutely give this app a try!

    On my iPhone, the “Done” button is too far up in the right corner that I can’t click on it most days. I really like the categories this app has since I’m need to be able to record my environmental surroundings along with my mental, physical and emotional state everyday due to an Autoimmune issue. This app allows me to track so many more categories and make notes than any other food tracking app. Most days I have to record in my notebook because I can’t click the done button. Other apps just don’t meet my tracking needs. Developers, please fit your coding so the “Done” and “Cancel” buttons display before the top heading on iPhones.

    This app is amazingly helpful and has helped guide me through meditation and mindfulness. My anxiety and depression have decreased dramatically. It has everything you need to track your goals, dreams and health. Love it!

    The app and tools are fine. I couldn’t get past the smarmy, patronizing meditation voice over. She sounds like a preschool teacher who is chewing on her tongue as she talks. Deleted the app because of that alone.

  • It won’t open... help!

    Every time I click on this app it just sits there loading and won’t do anything. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it to work but it simply will not open. Really disappointed, I’ve heard good things about this app and was looking forward to using it. Not very impressed.

    I’ve been using this app for almost 6 years now on and off, and every time I use it, it makes me feel 10x better. I can honestly say it’s improved my quality of life and has taught me valuable life skills to help me manage depression and anxiety. It’s changed a lot over the years, but I’m happy to say that it’s always been good and just improvement after improvement without ever impeding the free version. There are countless things you can do with the app but I especially appreciate the thoughts feature that guides you through difficult thoughts you might be having and helps you understand and fix them. This app is 10/10 even with just the free version, but I’m planning on paying for it once I have the money because I know it will be worth it with an app that’s been so amazing all this time.
