    I have been loving the free version of this app. I feel like a lot of features are included and it seems to have everything I need. However, I wish “add past mood entries” were included in the free version. That is my only criticism!

    I liked it prior to it's need of upgrading and what not. A lot of the stuff you aren't giving to us and sometimes when we are feeling depressed and anxious and stressed these things can help. But you only offer an upgrade now. It was better when everything was free because some of us used this as our councilor and or counseling.

    I love the app and I’m thinking of upgrading to premium. But I can’t even enjoy the community functions because I’m not receiving a confirmation email. I’ve probably hit send validation email over 25 times . I’ve even added the email to my list and still nothing. Please fix this.

    i really love this app. it’s been a big help to me in dealing with anxiety & panic. my only critique is that i wish the “anxiety emergency” guided meditation were available for free more often. it’s really helpful for me, but i can’t afford the full version of the app right now. pacifica works for me, and i never liked meditation or the like before. i’m a big fan!

    First night I used this I was starting to have a panic attack, they helped me breathe and just take everything one step at a time. You can make it form to you and what works for you and honestly meds and stuff never worked for me but this helped in ways I can’t explain!

    So I’ve been super stressed lately and this app really has helped me track my moods and talk to others about my situation! I fully recommend it! (It would be cool though if you didn’t have to upgrade to premium to access all the features, though the basic ones are all I need) ((this is not one of those fake reviews just so y’all know, I’m a real human being hi))

    This is probably a three star app for most people if you can stomach the subscription cost. Otherwise, I strongly suggest using Insight Timer, Buddhify, Smiling Mind, or Plum Village since their commitment to making mindfulness and meditation accessible to all is exemplary and none require subscriptions. Currently, there is a bug if you have the “check-in” notification active. Even if you check in it will ask you to check in every three seconds or so. Turning off notifications is the only fix I’ve found. From a content standpoint, there’s too much locked behind a subscription paywall to compete with other (arguably better) offerings. In particular, at least one sleep meditation should be available to all users given how important sleep is to mental health and overall wellbeing. I’m keeping Pacifica on my phone because I really like one of the meditations and think it’s well done. Were there a reasonably priced onetime purchase for the rest of the content, I would probably go for it. But since there’s a move to make this app less useful for the non-paying people who probably need it most, I really can’t support that. Again, if you’re reading this and need alternatives, Insight Timer, Smiling Mind, Buddhify, and Plum Village are all solid options. ✌🏽
