  • A must for parents

Because my child has outgrown the need for this app, I’ve just had to cancel my subscription. However, this is a MUST HAVE app for parents with children who have electronic devices. Premium subscription is well worth it, the app is simple and effective. Customer service, the times I’ve need it, has been fast to respond and helpful. I’d still be using it if I had more young children in the household.
  • Very Confusing

This app is so confusing! 😖. I don’t understand the toggle feature and can’t tell which device it is that I (the parent) am controlling!
  • Great app!

Great app so far! Now I can control what my child does on her phone and not have to worry. Still trying to figure out the time set and schedule but this far just what I was looking for!
  • Lack of info

The first screen immediately pushes you to buy the upgrade without clearly explaining what is free. After you SKIP this option there is no way no see what options there are without signing up. I don’t care how good this product works, if they won’t give me some basic info I won’t give them downloads or money.

This app is horrible! I wanted to limit how much time I used, but not only did it never work, it ruined my phone. It resets all my settings and displaces all the apps each night. It glitches a ton and was a complete waste of time. I encourage you to seek out a different app!
  • Doesn’t work

The reason that I purchased this app from you is so that I could regulate my sons phone from my own. The app promises to allow a (1) daily time limit, (2) a daily schedule so that his phone is in lockdown mode during school hours and bedtime. For months, the app hasn’t been doin this and we’ve been trying to fix it on our own, thinking maybe it was something we weren’t doing right. When I finally wrote to you, the first thing you did was to blame it on my kid, saying he’d probably gotten my password and changed his own settings. This is ridiculous, given that he’s not in my home (or around my phone, for three days a week and I know that the password is secure.) When I wrote this back, you said it’s a known problem with the app and you’re trying to fix it!? In essence, you’re telling me that you’ve continued to take a monthly fee from me, knowing that you’re app doesn’t work, correct?

We just bought the lifetime upgrade after the 2 week trial! This app has brought my daughter back! She talks and interacts with us. We actually know what’s going on in her life instead of her being consumed by her devices! Thank you Kidslox!!

This app does not work as advertised. I have an iPhone X my kids have iPhone 8’s. I purchased it for $79 installed it on all devices and it does not work properly. I lock their devices and the devices do not lock. I set schedules and it does not work. I requested a refund and they said you have to go through Apple. I try to get a refund from Apple and no response. Do not buy this app.

I downloaded this app about a week ago and I liked the it. I decided to delete it though because I didn’t need it on my device. But then in the middle of playing a game, it crashed and it went to the lock screen. When I signed in, half my apps on it was deleted. I then noticed that the app was reinstalled, so I tapped it and found out that somehow it was set to lockdown. I put it back to parent mode and then all my folders were gone and all my apps were all over the place. Scary.
