  • Cant stop Shuffling!!!

    So far I have really enjoyed this app. Sadly though, lately all my albums and playlists keep shuffling. If I select "Play" it goes straight into shuffle. If I select the first song in an album...you guessed it, it'll shuffle. Please fix this.
  • App keeps shutting down

    Right before my trial is to end, the app keeps shutting down whenever I try to play my playlist. This has been going on for more than two weeks, and the trial ends in two days. I am extremely disappointed. Even after updating the app it still is doing the same thing. Today I received an email asking me to purchase the subscription for a discount. I will not be doing that seeing as I didn’t get full use of my trial. Nor would I purchase a subscription of an app that is not properly working.

    I absolutely love Tidal and I never use Apple Music anymore, EXCEPT... Apple Music has lyrics built into the app. I love that I can listen to music and view the lyrics at the same time on Apple Music. Tidal needs to implement this into their streaming service and then it will truly be perfect!

    Interface and playlists are pathetic compared to spotify. If/once spotify launches hi-fi mode, this thing is dead.

    Great quality and format, PLEASE FIX THE REPEAT SH*T like cmon, I want to listen to my whole playlist but the app glitches out and puts one song on repeat like that’s bummer. Please I love this app, just fix this. Thanks boss
  • Can’t listen by song

    This app is great. A lot of great content. It’s just annoying that we can only listen to our downloaded music by either album or artist, but it would be awesome if we could access all of our songs in one place without having to create a playlist.

    I’m getting texts from this app saying that my thing is going to expire and I’ve canceled it so many timesss and now it’s charging meeeee?!!!?!
  • Can’t log in

    I love tidal! But I got a new iPhone and the app is not prompting me to sign in so it appears all of my playlists and saved music won’t populate on my phone. How can we fix this? I will update my review once I am able to sign in.
