Hours Time Tracking App Details

Hours is the time tracker you will actually use. "The Perfect iPhone Time Tracking App" - Forbes "Surprisingly pleasant to use…well-thought-out interface" - TechCrunch “The world’s easiest way of tracking your time.” - 9to5Mac Best New Apps - Apple With a visual timeline, smart reminders, detailed reporting, and an interface crafted by and Apple Design Award winning team, Hours turns a tedious process into — dare we say — an enjoyable one. Time tracking seems like it should be easy…and it would be, if we were all robots. Unfortunately, humans tend to have problems with 1. Forgetting to track your time in the first place 2. Forgetting to note when you change tasks 3. Forgetting to stop a timer after you start one So Hours lets you: • Set smart reminders to nag you at just the right times to start and stop your timers • Start/stop/switch timers with one tap (now even from the home screen with 3D Touch) • Use the visual timeline to easily identify and correct mistakes • Set rounding rules to round time to whatever interval you are used to — 6 minutes, 15 minutes, and more • Quickly see on a calendar view which days you tracked time and which days you forgot • Track your time by clients, projects, and tasks if you need to • Add notes to your time entries • View on-screen reports in the app, or email detailed CSV or PDF reports • Sync your time with Hours on the web, where you can track time from your desktop and view beautiful reports • Now your whole team can use Hours to track, report, and analyze time Please email us if you have any questions or suggestions to improve the app: support@hourstimetracking.com -- Hours offers an "Hours Pro" subscription, which provides additional reporting options, web access and sync for $7.99 per month. If you purchase an "Hours Pro" subscription, it will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription, including turning auto-renewal off, by going to your Account Settings after purchase. See instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 Your account will be charged $7.99 for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Hours Time Tracking App Reviews

  • Not worth the monthly charge

    By CyberReport
I bought this last year, apparently today, the app decided to switch me to the free version, blocked the watch app and add the banner at the bottom of my phone app. I was a fan of the watch app, I had about 10 projects and it was easy to switch my time between projects. I’m not going to pay $7.99 a month to use my watch app and switching between project on my phone app is inconvenient. There are several other apps that support the watch app for time tracking for a one-time purchase. So long Hours.
  • Too expensive. $8 monthly for a time tracker. Never mind.

  • No iPad app. Not worth it.

Without an iPad app, the subscription is unjustifiable.
  • Please offer cheaper reporting for single users.

    By Shoffa79
I love this app, however I only use it for my own personal time tracking. I don’t have a team. I REALLY would love to have the reporting, but to pay $8 a month for just me seems CRAZY. I wish there was reporting for a single user. I’d pay for a one time purchase, but not monthly.
  • Best time tracker I’ve found

    By NewDan526
Simple, easy, convenient. I’ve looked at a lot of time tracking apps, and I don’t normally write reviews. This is exactly when I was looking for. Nothing else was this simple and convenient. I set up some clients and job categories. Now I just push a button when I start and end a task. And adjusting the time is easy.
  • Smoothest hours tracking!

Hours makes it so easy to track your hours. Super low overhead in terms of your time to track your billable time, and get useful reports. Can’t live without it! Six stars!
  • Tricked into trial, didn’t know I’d lose features

    By Ypdpydy
I wanted a simple watch app that lets you track time on various projects. I didn’t know I’d lose the ability to use it on my watch in a month. I didn’t know I was trying out pro features. I never wanted that. I just wanted to try out the free version. I’m not subscribing. I deleting this app from my watch and phone.
  • No iPad support

This is the best app ever for lawyers that track billable hours. Truly a game changer!
