  • Won’t return money-absolute scam.

    Downloaded the app and it worked fine. Have been charged monthly for over a year and there is no way to cancel. No phone number, nothing. Very shady customer service as they won’t help you at all with canceling. Going to put a hold on my credit card so I stop getting charged. The owners of this app are running a criminal enterprise- literally stealing money.

    Worst app I’ve ever paid for do not waste your money you’ll never be able to enjoy the game you will miss the game because of connectivity doesn’t matter what ballfield you’re at this is the worst app looking to get a refund and can’t get in touch with anybody!!!!
  • Great for highlights or missed games

    I’ve been using hicast for about 2 years, very easy to clip highlights of games and download to my device. Great for family who are out of state and wanting to see their family member play baseball/softball. Definitely need to have good to very good WiFi to stream the game and honestly camera quality could be better (hard to see outfielders) on some venues. But I’ll deal with that. Price point is good but should have a way to put subscription on hold during off season. All said and done I’ll be a customer of theirs for my sons duration of playing at our local venue.

    So frustrating every camera is working except field 9! The one I want o watch. Not a very promising sales pitch when your trial is done! Would not purchase!
  • Almost Impossible to Cancel!

    No phone numbers or contacts to cancel. The website mentions to cancel in the same when you signed up, and if signed up through website, you have to download the app, and it’s like a Trail to a dead end. No phone number or email. And clicking “cancel” just gives another message. No confirmation. I will never ever use this app!

    I have tried to cancel this app through customer service three times as I am unable to cancel from my phone. If the cameras and sound are working it’s fine but sometimes they are not. Not worth the money.

    It won’t let me delete my subscription. Awful awful awful and they don’t reply to emails and don’t help their viewers. I didn’t even use any of the apple or google play methods to pay, they had an option to pay on the app and I just want all my money back. They never notify you of a purchase and I only used this thing twice. I want my money back now.

    We first used this app when our oldest grandson played in a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park in Charleston in June 2018. Quality of feed was very poor, but we were able to watch all of his games. On October 13, 2018, our youngest grandson played in a weekend tournament at Shipyard Park. We were able to watch the games on Saturday. Feed kept reloading and it was difficult to watch. If it wasn't for our Gamechanger app we wouldn't have known what was happening. And then on Sunday, the camera wasn't even on. I have emailed twice with no response. On their website, they claim to be very responsive, but unfortunately for us, that is not true. Grandparents....don't waste your money.

    I paid for a week and it didn’t even show any past games listed. I emailed the support twice asking for help and refund. I never heard back from them. Do not waste your money.
  • So disappointed

    I bought the monthly pass used it once the night I bought the pass went to use it tonight for the second time, and it tells me there’s no live feed at the venue!! I tried every field.... I then called the venue and they said it’s an app issue and he said it’s happens to him and to go call or go online to chat. I googled, went all over the website and there is not a phone number or a chat anywhere!!! I’m so aggravated!! Never again and I’ll also be telling our entire travel team and every travel team that we play not to use this app!
