App disconnects A LOT. Constantly having to reconnect it. Very annoying

The update now made this app worse. It keeps showing popups when I connect or disconnect. I was also charged $54.99 for a VPN that only $19.99 for the mobile version. Both Apple and this company refuse to issue any refund.

I’m not sure if this product works or not but I don’t like the way they do business. It says "free download!" all over the place, but to actually use it you have to agree to a yearly subscription right off the bat. They automatically charges you after 7days. I know a lot of companies do this, but I feel it is misleading and sneaky. Do you really want to have your security handled by a sneaky company? Not me.

I bought it for connecting my friends in US. I paid ¥150, but it could NOT work on both my Mac and iPhone. Please fix it! PS, I am in China 🌚
  • So secure you can’t resolve websites!

Needs a patch ASAP. Have to turn off the VPN to use the Internet or even send iMessages.

I’ve never been hacked, never had a virus. That says enough, as my internet usage has taken me to some questionable areas. And YES avast works on PCs and NO it doesn’t slow down your system like the other big name ones
  • This is ugly...

My initial intention was to comment, "It's 2018. Why is are ANY developers' apps stuck in "portrait/iPhone" display mode when they should, by default, display in landscape?" That said, I hope you are hard at work resolving all the UNACCEPTABLE issues reflected in other users' feedback. It's as if developers either don't use the products they produce -- and/or they don't rightfully demand and receive remedial action from Apple/Tim Cook with regard to the trainwreck of problems that now have infested everything Apple spits out.
