    I am so intimidated by a meditation practice, but this makes the barriers to starting to take care of my none in that way very easy to navigate. Straightforward, pleasant, and not at all hokey. I've been using it for the past four or five days and have been very pleased.

    From 5 stars in February of 2018 to 3 stars today. Why? Not because of the meditations, but because SBT no longer sends out daily quotes or relaxing pictures or motivators every day in my feed. Nothing on my feed from May 27 until August 15. August 15 wanted me to explore SBT to see if I was interested in the premium package. I already have the premium package. On August 19, my last day of anything...same thing about the premium package. I looked forward to the feed every day, it was a big motivator for me to start the day meditating. Now I’ve noticed there are days where I’ve forgotten to even check in. I’m really disappointed and may look for another app. My determining factor will be if SBT starts to send out daily inspirations again. If not, I will be looking elsewhere.

    I am a licensed psychologist at a university counseling center and I use this app daily with my patients. It is exceptionally well made and relevant for young adults. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the resources this app provides. I have a premium membership, but even the free version that most of my students are using has many many exercises. Best mental health app out there. I shared it with my Kids middle school counselor and teachers and several of them are using it in their classroom with 11-14 year olds.
