Once you subscribe for a year, it automatically renews despite efforts to cancel. Frustrating!!!!
  • Waste of time

Don’t waste your time. The information in here is nothing more than what you can get from free google searches. Hardly even an interactive app. Unless you consider word search puzzles interactive. Don’t waste your money or your time.

The only problem with this app is you're only allowed to give it 5 stars. If you love info, self improvement, tutorials, then this app is for you. In addition to the amazing knowledge, it's extremely user friendly and offers intermittent questions on some formats to see if you're comprehending the video. In conclusion to underscore my opening statement, I would give this app 10 stars!

Listening to the story of Denise Scott Brown and and Robert Venturi, the authors of “Lessons from Las Vegas” was a joy.

I used this app for a year (forgot to cancel my free trial), and after a year I decided to renew it so I could share it with my dad for Father's Day. My ipad broke shortly thereafter, so I haven't been using it, but my dad has. I just found out that my dad has been using the free version b/c my subscription never renewed, despite having paid for it. Contacted customer service, and they told me I never paid for it, but if I thought I had, I should submit the date I renewed, the name on my credit card, and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I did this, and the next email said that since the charge was made through Apple, I would need to forward a copy of my credit card statement (heck no) or a copy of my email receipt (which I no longer have). Instead, I sent them screenshots of my apple purchases, and a screenshot of the portion of my credit card statement that shows the charge from Apple for that amount on that day. I'm sorry, but if you accept payment through Apple, then figure it out! It shouldn't be my burden to prove to you that I paid for your subscription. Since I sent all the information over yesterday, I have also left a message on Facebook, and I have yet to hear anything via Facebook or email. I would think that a company that charges so much for a subscription would prioritize helping paid customers ASAP. I am now beginning the process of making a complaint with Apple.

This is one of my favorite apps ever. I try to use it every day and always learn something interesting and most often fascinating. I end up discovering and sharing something from it with my family and friends almost every time I open it. Enlightens me and improves my life

I now cannot stop a audio report and go forward without listening to the whole thing again for the points. It reports that I have only listened to a percentage. I use an iPhone 6. I almost did not resubscribe recently because there was a picture of a cooling tower that was labeled a smokestack with no retraction. I wish there was an oops page for updated material.
  • Fabulous!
