Tells me where my car is parked. That’s it. Can’t remote start or unlock my doors with this app.

I love the HondaLink App! It is such a convenient and cool app to have. I always use it to start my car, especially on cold winter days. It keeps me aware of the amount of gas that I have in my car, which is truly helpful. I highly recommend it!

I downloaded the Honda app to schedule service appointments. After scheduling an appointment with the app, I called the dealer the day before to confirm the appointment. They had no record of it so I had to reschedule by phone.

Useless. Don’t understand why it’s not compatible My 2017 accord. I really wish I can use the auto start on the app. If I already have auto start, then I should be able to use the app.

There is no advantage to this app for the 2018 CRV. For example it would be good to be able turn the vehicle on and off from the app. Chevy has this feature. The mileage range for gas is useless unless you are linked to the vehicle. My 96 year old dad is driving the vehicle and Bouncie (tracking device) is telling me the car has been idle for almost an hour while he’s at Church (he’s so used to a physical key, sometimes he forgets to press the button). I can’t tell how much gas he has and I can’t turn off the vehicle. There is a good chance he will be stranded if he runs out of gas. Like I said: USELESS!!

Not fully compatible for 2014 accord ex w Navi ! It doesn’t allow you to find where your car is & that is the only reason I downloaded. Needs to be updated !!

This is one of the worst apps on my phone. It almost never works and then after several attempts. Oh yeah it works great when I am in my car. Fix your app Honda I expected better from you
  • Mediocre at best

After spending 28k on a car you would expect a top tier interaction with a app and service that they think they’ll get a subscriber from after the trial is up Car start feature hangs and seldom updates showing that the car is in start mode up to an hour later or more , other features seem to come up short and others flat out don’t work ie parental controls for some reason map me in Seattle and won’t let me enter the real location in Minnesota
  • No remote start, chevy’s is standard

Have 2019 CR-V EX-L. So app only has parked location service and other super basic data. No lock control, no REMOTE START. Pretty disappointing. Need to catch up with the competition.
  • App stopped updating.

I noticed my app stopped updating itself. It’s stuck on December 29th. It’s February 1st. I’m not sure what’s going on. I have checked my subscriptions & the soonest expiration date is 10/2019. Nothing is working.
