It says an error occurred even after I reset my password. I want to “enable extra features” :(

Still won’t recognize that my phone is paired. iPhone XR & 2018 CR-V. VW app for my wife’s Passat blows this crap away.
  • App is useless needs more features

Pointless to use without the features I was lead to believe existed for my model. I have a 19 accord sport 2.0 and can’t even use remote start from the app? Really Honda? I can’t even use the app period it doesn’t connect, not that I would use it to just see my gas tank. I use to be able to see my parked car on the map but for some reason they decided to get greedy and take it away. Stop handicapping your app and user base! Opening tickets has done nothing for me. Why do you refuse to listen to your customers? I would even pay to use the service if it worked and available for my vehicle.

App only refreshes while the car is actually on, new update looks nice. Has fancy features that allow you to start car, lock doors, turn off lights, etc. from phone. BUT only for 3 select models. The rest of us just see gas, odometer, and oil life. WISH I HAD ALL THESE FEATURES TOO.
  • Great concept, works almost never

Dear Honda, Your app is one reason I chose the Clarity PHEV over the competition. The promise was great! Little did I know it almost never works. I click to set a charging schedule and get a “cannot get a response from vehicle) 99% of the time. When charging, I check the app to see my battery level. But the info is always several hours old and therefore irrelevant. And more than once I’ve clicked “start charge” (since I apparently can’t schedule one), only to come out the next morning and the battery has NOT charged. That’s a day ruiner! Fix this app and its connectivity issues please!

It would be great if remote start capabilities were added for the civic touring
  • Blechhh!

Besides having trouble connecting, I have found nothing beneficial from having this app clutter my phone and dashboard. Why show blank elements like oil life, odometer, etc., if you have no capacity to display them? Let me know when you have something that matches the quality of the car.
