  • Waste of money

This is the most un-user friendly recipe site I’ve seen. It doesn’t automatically download the photos or convert ingredient and instructions into an easy interface. Instead you have to screen capture each segment. Unfortunately, the screen captures it brings in are often messed up with random ads are other elements that cover what you’re trying to capture. I can’t believe I wasted $2.99 on a worthless app.

I really like this app it’s easy to use and I can even upload my recipes from Google Drive. I gave it 4 stars because I can’t find a way to move a recipe from one category to another without re-adding the whole recipe. Other than that, I’ve had no glitches with this app.

Very nice recipe tool to work with! Easy and user friendly. Flexibly in posting photos, texts or web site copies of recipes. Very easy to send a recipe to others. I am finally organizing all my recipes. No more recipe paper clutter. Yeah !!! I have it on both my phone and ipad so whenever I am out and want buy ingredients then the recipe is right at my finger tips. No more 2nd runs to the grocery store for missed ingredients. Wish that I had this app a long time ago! Imho none of the other recipe apps are this good!

This app does what it was intended to do extremely well. It allows you to store and use recipes in an efficient manner. You can type them in, photo an existing printed recipe, or capture them from web sites. The capturing part is fantastic because everyone finds recipes on the web, but they may be gone or moved at a later time. With a captured recipe the web site instructions and/or pictures are stored as images within the app. Thus, you can store the recipe permanently and quickly. Overall, a fantastic app. The one feature missing—and it may be there, but I haven’t found it—is sharing recipes with other app users. It isn’t clear to me how I can send someone else a recipe to store in their instance of the app.

I’ve tried several recipe apps and this is by far the best. The search is over. So easy to import and share recipes with friends. I love that I can save a recipe that is hand written by an old relative or special friend preserving both the recipe and the nostalgia surrounding it.

This app does everything I want. It’s great having all my favorite recipes with me at all time. When I make a last minute stop at the grocery store I can easily look up the ingredients of a recipe. I also impress my coworkers when they ask for a recipe I can immediately convert it to A PDF document and send it directly to their phone. I also get a warm and fuzzy feeling inside when an app I like is being supported by the developer. I love the occasional updates. Thank You!

I’m always flipping through magazines and tearing out recipes, only to have them go in a big, unorganized pile. This was so easy to take a picture and add the recipe!! I’ve done it with websites too! The search function works great! Just put in any ingredient and I scans the photos for the word. My only suggestion would be around categories. In Pinterest, I have albums and then sub-categories. Like an albums for Holiday, but then sub-category of appetizer, side dishes, dessert, etc. I would be helpful instead of one huge category for holiday where I have to scroll through tons of recipes.

It is an app that stores bookmarks and pictures of recipes. You can’t scale recipes for different yields. I could do the same thing on a web browser and OneDrive
