  • Excel in Microsoft Office 360

    By SlimJaay
I’m very familiar with excel worksheet but this Microsoft Office 360 is not working for me. Most of the time I can’t edit my file or get into it, so it has been very frustrating using it on a desktop but works foe me mostly on the tablet or my phone.

An endless loop, sign in > send a code > email sent > email doesn’t tell me how to access Excel. Who has time for this?
  • Another report of the dictation problems with iOS 12.01

    By SchoolmarmMel
I’m having the same problem the other reviewer noted on my iPad. I attempted to report the problem to Microsoft (which was easier said than done – I think I’ve must’ve spent an hour + in the last two days fighting with their stupid support system) but their response was that I needed to tell Apple because it was their issue. Very annoying. One interesting thing is that for me word works OK (and so does OneNote). it’s only happening in Excel. And what’s happening is not that the application itself is closing but the workbook is closing, although it must not be a complete close because if I then tap on the Excel application it reopens the workbook, the same way it does if I close the application without first closing the workbook and then open the application again.
  • Ease of use

The spread sheets can be programmed for multiple uses.
  • Great app

Great app. Closes when screen turns off most of the time on this version. Maybe a fix on next update.
  • Dictation causes Excel (and Word) To freeze up w iOS 12

    By inthesand
I reported this to Microsoft. Ever since I upgraded to iOS 12.0.1, I cannot use dictation with either Excel or Word. For some reason PowerPoint is not affected. But with those two apps, if I I press the microphone button on my keyboard to start dictating, the apps freeze up hard And then crash. I'm on a pretty vanilla fifth generation iPad and I'm also seeing the same exact behavior with my iPhone 6s. But I know it's not the dictation built in to iOS because it works fine everywhere else. I've tried re-installing those two apps but it didn't help. Thought I should make people aware of this issue.
  • MS-365 doesn't lose files

    By TomSky1012
I've been using Excel for 25+ years with One-Drive and Office 365 sharing files on Desktop PC, Laptop and iPhone. I've never 'lost a file' that couldn't be found/recovered. This set of products make using and sharing data a snap. Take the time to learn how to use them

Works surprisingly well within the limitations of the IPad. I am satisfied.
