    This app is totally a rip off and a waste of time. It advertises that you’re able to keep in touch with a loved one that is incarcerated. I’ve had to use this app (not my choice) for the past few months. It’s done nothing but ripped me off. I purchase electronic stamps to email my loved one but yet he hardly ever gets my emails and a lot of times, I don’t receive his. If you don’t have to use this app, don’t!! I’m in the process now of trying to convince the Department of Corrections to use another company for this instead of JPay!

    I really love the app itself and being able to communicate faster and in an easier way but since your guys last update when I check my notifications they don’t go away from my home screen it will still have the little bubble by the app saying how many notification I have. I have checked the app cleared out my letters and still won’t go away really bugs me. Besides for that it’s an amazing app.

    I can’t even get the app to open right away takes several minutes to log in. Every time this app updates it gets worse! Great way to communicate but not reliable.

    Please fix the email glitch. It logs me out every time I go back and forth within the app. Please fix that I would give the app a 5 star rating after that is fixed
  • Login and transaction issues

    Sort of irritating when I go to my app and it tells me to try again later. Also, I’ve sent money a few times, or ordered stamps and it would tell me the transaction didn’t go through and it really did, then double my money would come out of my account, luckily the money would be there to cover it, then I have to call my bank and Jpay to get things right, and that’s a big inconvenience for me, I think this app needs work
  • Very upsetting!

    Since the latest update, this app has given me nothing but problems and now today, it simply won’t allow me to log in. As my only way of communicating with my loved one, this is extremely upsetting. Add to it the fact that I have paid for “stamps” I can no longer access and I’m one very frustrated user. I tried app support, only to be taken to the FAQ page. Not helpful at all. I’d really appreciate it if someone in tech support would reach out and help me get this resolved ASAP.

    First off, a lot of these reviews are frustrating because people are complaining about issues that have NOTHING to do with this app, like the cost of stamps or pics being rejected or emails taking a long time to be received. Those are policies and/or protocols of the individual facility you’re dealing with. But as far as the actual app goes, it’s always a hot mess. No matter what version or updates or whatever. Lately it crashes regularly, or takes forever to load or log in. And the bright yellow background is very distracting. I’m at the point of just going to the website, which is far less convenient and I shouldn’t have to do that when there’s an app available.

    Every time I update this app to the latest version it never works until like a week or two later or I have to contact customer service. I feel this app SHOULD NOT BE UPDATED IF NOT FOR GOOD USE OF IT...!
