    I've been using my lifetime app for a few years. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 1 star when the app changed awhile back because the commercials were ridiculously long (once I timed one at 11 minutes and 24 seconds). Now, I’m changing my rating again because I feel like you listened to all the complaints by giving the interactive commercial option. I love that option and use it every time it’s given. I only rated 3 stars, though, because I wish I could choose the 30 second option every time. Some shows give me the option frequently, while others never do. I still do not like that I have to start playing the video to see the episode information. Plus, I’m always logged in, yet it doesn’t always show which episodes I’ve watched already and which ones I haven’t. I’m hoping you’ll continue making this an easier watching experience!

    I’m not sorry for this comment. The new “good” update is stupid. Seriously? Like do I HAVE to connect to my TV just to watch 7 episodes of a season?! It’s terrible. It was way better before the update. I’m installing Netflix now.

    I started using this app about two weeks ago. I use it mainly to watch dance moms. The only complaint that I have is all the ads. There should be a feature to pay to remove the ads. If you must have ads, put them at the right time they would appear in the tv show. That means not having them appear in the middle of a dance or an argument between the moms and Abby. Other than that, it is my favorite tv app.

    I don’t mind the ads too much bc I know that’s how ya keep it free but SERIOUSLY?!?! with the login/cable provider after each episode. I even logged in to my service provider from the home screen and *STILL* had to login after I chose not only the show, but the episode as well. And GD forbid I exit the app. I HAVE TO LOGIN AGAIN. I mean c’mon give me a (expletive) break. REALLY?!? Fix it. If I could leave a review with no stars I would’ve. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way

    Love the shows but the commercials are three times as loud as the shows, have to rip my ear phones out every time one is played because they hurt my ears. The commercials show every 4 to 5 five minutes.
  • Have to unlock every episode

    The latest update make you have to log in to your tv provider for every show. You used to be able to login once for a month or so without having to login again. Now it’s not even a day but after every show!
  • Nothing works

    I’m logged in via my optimum account. I have and tried to watch on Apple TV, my phone, Xbox one and EVERY EPISODE is locked or has an error. I can’t watch anything. Useless.

    I’m sorry but if I connect my tv provider to this app, I shouldn’t have to watch commercials. Especially the same commercials that play over and over and over again back to back for 5 minutes!!!! I’d rather watch my shows on demand through my spectrum app. This app is a complete waste of megabytes.
