    I just started the 5x5 Program loved most aspects of it. It would be better if the app had some tips and guides or details about the exercises like on the website, also if the videos had the ability to be downloaded to the app and be played offline, it would have been great.

    This app is well put together. I’m new to the 5x5 Method but this app literally takes away ALL of the thinking, documenting and complexity with beginner weightlifting. All you have to do is count out your 5 reps, make sure you use proper form and will calculate, start rest times and log your progress. Honestly, this is probably the best free app I’ve ever used.

    This is a great and easy way to get back in the gym and build some strength. I would give it 5 stars if the app worked with the Apple Watch. Would love to ditch the phone in the weight room!

    I love this app because it keeps things simple and does all the thinking for me so I can focus on lifting and form. The weight calculator and warmups section is very helpful, too. I don’t know why people complain about paying for it. It’s only $20 a year, and you get a lot of cool features while also supporting the developer.
