The Washington Post Classic App Reviews

  • Fire subscription does not work on iPhone

    By Jglace
I purchased a subscription on my Amazon Fire. It does not work on my iPhone! What’s the deal with that?
  • Necessary news and views

    By Larry B.
At a time when varsity and objectivity are called Fake News, you stand as a beacon of truthfulness.
  • Rich text and imagery presented beautifully.

Beautiful app except the missing comments section.
  • Outstanding reporting

    By Jan775
Look forward to the groundbreaking work of some outstanding reporters. Helps keep ‘em accountable, and sometimes honest.
  • Needs better history/caching

    By RiNiChiDi
The app continually puts you back at the very top of a section, vs taking you back to your previous position/article.
  • Great paper

    By drumud
Keeps truth alive. I read both NYT and WP. I LOVE the WP editorial cartoons. Can’t wait for each day :)
  • President, Global Cultural Networks

    By Mehri-Melody
    Avant-garde, thorough, factual and informative.
  • Good; but ...

    By Bubble Boy 3000
Where are the comments? Often those are the best part of a news story.
  • Too far left and moving further

    By JimEinVa
Been reading the post for 30 years. It is no longer news, but an outlet for left leaning reinterpretation of the facts. The what, when where ... is no longer here, only the why, unsupported by fact. Without the WSJ I can’t find out what really happened. Ready to drop the Post. With regret.
  • Auto play video ad keeps returning from the dead

    By Pete_mcl_de
Sandwich meat video ad... it won’t go away! I close the app, come back to the story and it starts again! I am a paid subscriber. Or was. Bye bye wapo app.
