  • Sad to see this app becoming unusable

    I have been using tripcase for years and always enjoyed the reliability even if the UI got stuck in iOS 6 like world. But this year, it’s a nightmare of bugs, especially duplications that honestly, make it unusable. Sad to say goodbye to a friend of so many trips
  • TripCase Fail

    Used to be a great app but not any more. No longer syncs properly. Reservations need to be manually added. Buggy operation. Poor support.
  • Misses the Apple Watch app

    The fact that you don't have an Apple Watch app is sad and a deal breaker for me. When you decide to join us again in 21st century, I may reconsider my switch to Tripit. Bye!
  • Exceed expectations

    They track my flights and inform relatives with me doing nothing. Zilch. Super-cool albeit a bit scary :-)
  • No longer works

    I used it for past trips and liked it. Now it won't allow me to log in on any device. I tried resetting my password and rebooting app as well as going online. After password reset, just keeps making me verify in a viscous cycle online and says incorrect password or log in on phone app. I deleted after several attempts and I will find another app.
  • Thinks I’m a “robot”

    Ridiculous. When you try to create an account it accuses you of being a “robot” and sends you to their support section where no relevant help is found. Have to email them directly. I won’t want to work this hard to evaluate a replacement for Worldmate, looking into other options.
  • Buggy

    Was an amazing app. I’ve been using it for years! As of recently it has been very buggy. I travel a lot for work and primarily used this app to share my flight itineraries and updates with family. Over the past few months I’ve updated the app, and so have all family members, but not everyone is receiving the itineraries or flight updates. This has become frustrating and annoying.
  • Used to be much better

    I’ve used TripCase for years and have found it very help until recently. For a current trip I entered a new flight, and it came up with the wrong departure time. I verified the correct flight time and tried to manually edit the entry, but there is no way to do that. There is no answer to this problem in their FAQ, and they offer no support contact at all. I left three message with them via Twitter but have heard nothing. If I can’t depend on TripCase for important details like flight departure times, then there’s no reason for me to continue using it.

    When I first started using app I was very impressed. But since you started selling a paid version the free version took a dive. I only travel 1 or 2 times a year, why would I pay for something that used to be free.
