  • Stopped tracking properly

I’ve loved using this app for years but as of the last few months it started tracking improperly. I started noticing the time seemed less than my estimate and the voice mile markers were landing in variable places despite me taking the same route. I began to note exactly when i left and, for example, when i got home today the tracker showed I’d been out for 35 mins when I’d actually been out over an hour. I asked support and they responded with a fairly lengthy list of things to check. After checking them all and changing one, I still experienced the problem but i ignored the instruction to turn off all other apps because i listen to podcasts, radio and/or audible books when I run instead of music (which they said was fine). I also ignored the instruction to not use my power button to turn the screen because the screen flashes on and sometimes I will inadvertently pause my book, etc if the screen is on. My point is that the app is too finicky to work accurately for my taste and I'll be researching other walking/running apps unfortunately. I want to emphasize that I never had these problems until a few months ago.
  • GPS wrong, voice coaching from watch doesn’t go through airpods

Two runs this week, GPS completely lost and stats are totally off. GPS signal was green. When using Apple Watch, voice coaching does not go through AirPods Back to Apple’s native running app :(
  • Doesn’t have what it needs

    By DogMaster&Artist
It was a fun surprise when I brought my new shoes home. I realized they had Bluetooth step tracking! Only problem is this app it led me to. This app does not give me a chart or even a list of how many steps I’ve walked each day. It will track workout steps, but not everything. I wish it had both workout and all day steps (separate for each) because I’m not wanting to worry about turning on workout mode every time I want to move a step. AND when it’s in workout mode I cannot see how many steps I’ve gone anyway. I’d give the shoes five stars, but this app? It needs more features.
  • Great workout app!

    Love it!!
  • Road Bike

I use this almost exclusively for cycling. The App works nice for this purpose. The only real complaint is the lag when reading the current speed. That in itself is not a big issue. I would love to see them add a cadence noise feature, but I understand that this app is not exclusive to bike riding.
  • Awesomeness

    Great app, good motivation tool
  • Needs fixes with Apple Watch

Update 7/11/19: I’m now losing workouts I cannot recover. Also, calorie counting is very erratic lately. I do pretty much the same run from week to week and all of a sudden the calorie count has dropped in half. Not happy. I was getting lost workouts like others reported but you should still be able to recover them by going to your profile and then recent workouts. From there you can click edit and then save to make it appear on the dashboard. Please fix this app.
