Im still exploring the app but so far I love it. I’m on a specific food plan, high protein, and this app really helps me see how much protein I’m getting. Easy to use. I Like reading the articles in the library too.

I would rate it higher if I didn’t have to pay for premium version. It is great that it attaches to my iPhone/watch with ease. The meal saver is wonderful. Letting me know how much sodium and fat I’ve consumed is fantastic. I do like how it projects my weight loss and it has recipes that I can use for my loss. So with all that being said this app is definitely worth it.
  • Great App!

I like this app! I’ve used others that you have to pay for to have the same features as this one. It covers it all. One suggestion, I wished that it counted your steps.

This app helped motivate me to start my diet. The free app gives you a plethora of tools & information to track your food, portions, weight loss goals, steps, exercises, information on foods & dieting etc etc etc Tells you your calorie/fat/carbs/sodium/sugar/protein/fiber levels. Tells you if you are on track and your macros etc. Helps you achieve your weight loss goals. Very fun & motivating. I never thought I would log what I ate until this app. Thank you!

I was 225 pounds in 2015, after years of dieting and exercise I reached an optimal weight of 160, but I was having trouble keeping track of food now that my life is becoming more stressful And occupied. So in an effort to save all that I have done to get here, I tried this app, best freaking thing ever. But only if you are honest, and meticulous. Every gram counts, and by counting everything, you can always be reassured you aren't eating to much when you’re not. So get it, try it, love it, and be healthy. Good luck.
  • Keeps me on track

For real. I’m a. Real person and don’t know the app developer and I dig the app. OkIn obsessed with it bc it’s working so well and I’m inspired to keep eating less. It connects to health it’s easy to add weird drinks and food I eat and rare bc most foods are in there. It counts everything and it’s free. There are some extra stuff for in app purchase but that’s like if you’re into that Keto stuff. I arranged the dashboard right away and instantly liked the app. It was a lil clunky at firs bc I didn’t intuitively go to the obvious button but once I realized it’s housed in the middle bottom and rearranged the placements everything was swell. It’s the best app for this stuff. Only think I would add is for it to correctly count caffeine content. It got a little wonky in the health app but I think that’s bc I was already using a caffeine counter app separately prior to installing this app and it got screwy. Once I deleted caffeine source in health to come from this app (even as 2nd priority) all the data health corrected again. May be a bug there or it simply could be bc there was already data in the app. Either way that was the Only non seamless transition for a free app. So I gave five stars. When I was choosing to pick this app I looked at all the one star reviews first. I almost didn’t get the app bc if how snippy the developer responses were to the ppl rating one star. She or he was taking it quite personally which looks bad. But I’m glad I chose the app bc it really is pretty great. In the future I’d love to see it sync up and count alcohol content and somehow integrate percentage alcohol by volume and caffeine Amounts but until then I’ll use separate apps for that. Otherwise the app is awesome. May be triggering for Jose with eating disorders but aren’t all of these apps? It’s been working great for me for two weeks.
