    Love the app but I recently updated to the paid version and now ALL of my bills are are gone!!! Not very happy!!! I tried to figure out how to get in contact with someone but I keep getting the run around!
  • Doesn’t work with PocketMoney

    I was so excited to see this app back but it just doesn’t work with PocketMoney like it’s supposed to. I tried contacting the dev to no avail, as usual. Had hoped the customer service would be better now. Also, the app crashes whenever I try to delete something. Really annoying. Sadly, I will be requesting a refund.

    I have counted on BillMinder for years. $4.95 is a bargain! Would be happy to purchase the subscription more often say bi-annually to encourage quicker updates when Apple updates their iOS. Do wish the due date didn’t trigger a late payment. Please adjust software to trigger the day after. (Common sense)!

  • Issues with iOS 12.0...? I need app support!

    I looked for a support tool/email in the app and did not find it; therefore, this review. I really like the structure and organization of the app. However, I keep running into the following issues: - Face ID - I can’t open the app when logging back into it after switching to another app. It seems that I have to remove it from the recent apps log for me to login again. This shouldn’t be happening. - Bills disappeared - I added my accounts and monthly bills. The next day, the bills were no longer there. The accounts are still in the app but the recurring bills are not showing at all. - Customer support - I wanted to reach out directly to the developer to address the above issues but there is not contact information in the app or their website for customer support. I kindly request that you please contact me and address the above-mentioned issues as soon as possible. If this can’t be done, please send me a refund for the amount paid at the time I purchased this app. I appreciate your help and look forward to your response.

    I love how this app tracks and displays bills but the security aspect of the UI needs help. On my iPhone 7S I had to unlocked the app every single time I left the app to look at my checking app. It seems like the app should stay unlocked as long as the phone doesn’t lock. Now on my iPhone XS it uses Face ID to unlock the first time but I see no way to unlock it after that initial unlock. I have to force the app to close, unlock it once, make my bill entry, go to my checking app, and force this app to close again. Annoying.
  • Old version was more clear

    I too prefer the old version. I like the lighting bolt to quickly tell what's auto billed and what's manual. I use this often because I actually need to pay the manual bills manually. I did buy the new version to show support but though the colors were nicer looking I thought the older version was more clear.
