    Love Jillian’s quick efficient routines. They are challenging yet leave you with enough energy to go on with your day happily. I wish the interval times (especially cardio) could be changed by the user but the app is still fun none the less. Thanks for keeping the interface to a minimum as well as the simple ‘coaching’ (not cheerleading)which allows for mind/body experience. 💋!!!

    I love the versatility and constant added features. I’ve never stayed on the bandwagon long like this because I get bored but JM’s app keeps me interested. I love being able to customize it to “no equipment” when I’m traveling away from my home equipment. I love being able to listen to my own music. This is for any fitness level!

    I love the workout but the app itself is terrible. It takes atleast 30 minutes to generate the custom workout and the request times out. There is also a time delay between the various work outs. Would appreciate if this issue gets resolved.

  • Quick and efficient

    I’ve been a user for close to a year now and have completed 3 customized programs and so far it’s getting the work done. I am not the type to take pictures or utilize a meal plan so my results are a bit slower but not by much. I do watch what I eat 60% of the time and my clothes (and complements from others) tell me something is working. I decided to give this app only 4 stars as it does have a couple things that I find should be included. 1) a preview video while a workout is in session. A small window to the corner showing the user the next exercise so that we do not have to wait for it to play before we can start it. I try to memorize the workout names but would much rather spend that energy on my form. 2) a yoga/stretch session. 3) a better sync with my iWatch. I sometimes find that there’s a delay or the app on the watch freezes. Please note, I am up-to-date with both so please do not suggest that I update. 4)more music options. I do not have any songs saved down onto my phone but I do stream music from Amazon. I do notice that when I open the Jillian app and run the Amazon music app along with it, the sound turns down so I have to turn it up higher than normal which causes Jillian’s instruction to be super loud. Any suggestions here on how to work with this?

    I am a mother of a newborn who has recently returned to work. Trying to balance the needs of the baby, all night feedings, diapers and working a full eight hours is hard to say the least. With all of the responsibility that I have just for my baby and my family, trying to even think about when I could have time for myself and a workout was exhausting. Jillian’s seven minute series, meal plan and daily tracking totally fits realistically into my routine as a Mom. I am able to get in an efficient quick work out, get ready for work, tend to my son and be out the door on time every day. I have already lost eight pounds and am fitting back into my pre-baby clothes. Thanks Jillian. You have really helped this Mom get a bit of herself and her confidence back.

    I’ve only done two intermediate workouts so far. And they’ve been great. Just wish I had the option to turn off the music and listen to my own tunes!
