  • I would love instead of like this game if it would work

I really enjoy the social and strategy aspects of this game, but it is so painful to contact tech support for any issue, and their responses are almost never consistent. Unfortunately, we have to contact them sometimes daily. For some reason, instead of allowing one person or even a couple who hand off from one shift to another, handle a ticket, is unheard of with this company. You get a new responder every single time your ticket is addressed. Whether they ask for more information (seldom happens) or give an unassociated answer from a canned response they’ve edited (happens 75% of the time), you get a different person responding. Unfortunately, our realm is broken for the rebel events, so this is many times a week across many guilds and individuals. Most realms get a Rebel event that spawns many bases for the guilds to attack. We receive two in three hours. Where most realms get an individual and guild level event, we get an individual only, but even it is blocked due to the lack of bases. In Turbulent Grounds (my realm), our blog posts notify of blog posts, but there often are none. When we open tickets from multiple people for these issues we are told there is no issue, given a response unrelated to our issues, and/or told that they can’t comment on other people’s experience due to privacy protection when none of us has asked them to. It’s very frustrating and many of the realm have signed off instead of playing if an issue like this was happening, which in turn takes away from the social aspect of the game.
  • Not for crybabies

Yes, this game is free to play, But... advantages in the game cost real money (and no, it’s not cheap). If you have the ability to pay to play, then you found a great game! If you’re a crybaby who expects the developers to work for free, then Facebook is calling and FarmVille awaits! Basically, the game is built around a social platform, and relies heavily on this. FTP (Free To Play) gamers will eventually quit out of frustration. PTP (Pay To Play) gamers will love it. I spend, albeit frugally, but it has kept me alive in the game for a year now. Bottom line: If you cannot buy at least 1 pack each week, then go back To FarmVille. Why? Because once you reach level 38 (which takes almost a year if you’re FTP) there will be no further progress without spending. That means the whales will zero you constantly! If you have disposable income, and love a good social based WAR GAME, then you came to the right place. If you expect the developers to work for free, your FarmVille friends are waiting for you to water their crops ;)

I came to this game as a way to earn credits for another game and became very interested. I like how the gameplay works and all, but there is one big problem: - It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find an active guild that accepts newbies, so starting off, you have to join a guild where no members are active (I’m not exaggerating, I’ve done this four times now) in order to get the benefits you would get, but with no help or guidance. I think what may have happened is that because of the overwhelming amount of advertising you see from many other games, people join just to get their rewards, and leave guilds full of 50+ people behind. This leads to even more problems: - Getting resources is hard without outside help - Staying protected from enemies is impossible without outside help - Nobody helps you, and on the rare occasion someone is there, they are not likely to do anything to help out. I asked for a referral to a new guild with active members, but the only active guilds I have been referred to or have heard of only accept people of ludicrously high levels. It therefore takes a lot of time to level up, and is annoying as hell.
  • The worst. Zero stars.

This is a pay $1,000s to win game. The game makers set expectations/rules for how an event or contest will be conducted and then arbitrarily change them in the middle. Their support staff is terrible. Do not download this game.
  • Trash scam

This game is one of the biggest heaps of garbage I’ve ever wasted any storage to download. The only reason I did so was to complete a tapjoy offer. When I completed said offer, they denied coins to me despite completing the offer. On top of this, there’s genuinely nothing to do. It’s the generic cookie cutter build your empire that every other franchise has done, except this one has incorporated its theme in the most minor way possible. Save yourself the snooze fest, there’s a reason this game has to do as much advertising it does...
  • Do not download!!

The devs of this game will change the stats on your equipment. So you’ll purchase equipment believing it is one thing. The a few days later it will unexpectedly and without warning change. I am not recommending this game if you don’t have a ton of cash to blow, because it has become obvious that the devs care too much about lining their wallets and not the quality of the game. If I could give zero stars I would
  • Money

If you got the money so maybe around 10k or more hen you’ll be fine but if you don’t have that much then don’t even try because your going to get destroyed by those Pay to win players
  • Rip off on in game purchases

Games is ok unless you want some of the in game purchases. Everything is almost always $100 and it doesn’t do as it says. Large quantities of experience points for your heroes go 1/10th of what it is listed at.
