Some Heroes will fight at your side as allies, while others may stand in your way as fierce enemies to be defeated and added to your army. ■ Many modes let you play again and again In addition to the main story, there are many other modes where you can strengthen your allies, compete against other players, and more. Also, free and timely updates will continue to add new Hero characters, content, and other surprises to keep you engrossed with hours of additional gameplay. ● Story Maps: The story brings together new Hero characters along with familiar faces from the Fire Emblem series. Lead your army to victory to save the Kingdom of Askr. ● Training Tower: Engage in battle scenarios of varying difficulty that you can play over and over to earn rewards and experience (EXP) for your allies. • Latest update requires daily data downloads

Ever since the last update, I need to d/l game data every time the app loads. At 700+ MB, that’s basically unplayable. Delete and reinstall did NOT solve the problem. HELP.
  • I’m missing orbs

I literally just purchased an orb pack of $12.99 and i haven’t received the orbs, it says there an error and that I should restart the app, but when I do the same thing pops up. I love this game but this is a pretty bad first impression on trying to get someone to buy things from it

Fire Emblem Heroes is the most generous gacha game I’ve ever played. The currency used to summon units is orbs. You use 5 orbs to get a ring of 5 different summoning orbs. The color is these summoning orbs is the color of the unknown unit it contains. You get to pick 1 to get the unit it contains. you can then get 3 more of them for 4 orbs each, and the last one costs 3 orbs. Additionally, you get to summon 1 unit from each banner for free, meaning you can get 5 units for 15 orbs at the start of each banner. When you first start the game, you have the main story to play on 3 difficulties, and each level gives you an orb. From clearing all the story and paralogue levels currently in game you get about 300 orbs. So at the start of the game you have plenty of orbs to get a nice variety of units. There’s a 6% chance to get a 5 star unit from each orb, and for every 5 units you summon without getting a 5 star, the 5 star chance goes up 0.5%. Even without summoning 5 stars you can still build a good team. Many top tier units are available as 3 or 4 stars which you can then promote to 5 stars because a unit promoted to 5 stars is the same as one summoned at 5 stars (Although each unit has one stat that, at lv40, is 3 higher than normal, and one stat that’s 3 lower than normal). An amazing green unit available at 3 and 4 stars is Nino, a terrific offensive mage. Eirika is a great red unit available as 4 stars because her legendary weapon helps her buff her teammates. One of the most powerful and meta-defining units in the game, reinhardt, is also available as a 4 star. Additionally, there are events that give not only orbs but also some exclusive units. A 5 star Masked Marth was a reward from 2 different Tempest Trials events for reaching a certain score. Masked Marth is a clone (exact same stats and legendary weapon) of the very popular unit Lucina. The Black Knight was the reward for the most recent Tempest Trials, and he is also very good with good attack speed and defense as well as a legendary weapon allowing him to counterattack ranged enemies. Tempest Trials events also give a bit over 40 orbs in rewards, if you want to grind that much for them (the final reward is earned at 100k points, but the 5 star black knight and masked marths were at 30k. If you did the third hardest level twice a day for the whole 2 weeks you’d hit 28k so getting and a 4 star version of them was given for 6k points so they aren’t hard to get). There are also Grand Hero Battles which are maps that are added for about a week that give a unit for completing them. Some GHB units are very good such as Xander, Legion, and Camus. It is worth noting that promoting a unit to 5 stars takes 20k feathers. Currently I get enough feathers to promote a unit to 5 stars every week or 2 depending on if there’s a Tempest Trials event active, but it’s a bit slower at the start. It’s also worth noting that it’s rare for a unit to be directly better than another in every situation. This is because units of the same type have the same stat total. The base bst (base stat total) for a level 40 unit is 158. Being a ranged unit is -10 to bst, so mages and archers have 148 bst. Being cavalry is -4 bst (because of their improved movement over infantry). Being armored is +10 to bst (because of their more limited movement). A few units are combat veterans in the games they come from and have better stats at lv1 but their lv40 bst has a penalty of -4. A few units have no combat experience before the events of the game they are from, and have a trainee bonus of +4 bst. Additionally, the 7 units in the game with the skills sing or dance, which they can use on an ally who has already moved that turn to allow them to move again, get -8 bst. Because of the way this works, one unit that is better than another in a certain stat will be worse in a different stat. The tier lists for this game are just an attempt to gauge how well a unit’s different stats work with each other and how useful they are against units you commonly see in arena mode. But it is possible to build any unit you like and make them work.

Perfect game can't praise it more! Since I knew Celica would be added to the August Tempest Trails banner, I have saved 85 orbs for the only red balls. Fortunately I got my princess. What's more, on the next day I successfully summoned Swimsuit Corrin by my first try. As a non-paider player I deeply feel satisfied and grateful. Its appearance rate is real and seems like bigger than it says. Thanks Nintendo so much. Hope continue to give us a more wonderful game. I got Amelia with 8 orbs. Thanks! I got young Tiki with my free summon. I am so lucky! Couldn't show more gratitude to Nintendo. In the new updated version, everyone can get one of four Brave heroes for free! I chose Lyn. But I also want Ike. Please give me more luck. Please grant me one of special heroes! Got Male Corrin with free summon and got Fae and Jakob at 4.25% of special heroes banner. Still thanks sincerely. What if a special hero came home! Please! Finally I got Black Azura!!! I am so satisfied! Thank you! In the banner of World of Holy War, I summoned Sigurd and Deirdre with 4 orbs! I am blessed!!! Thanks!!!
  • I have to download every time I open the game

When I open the game, the update screen prompts me to download 705mb each time. Nothing is staying. I’ve been playing for a while and I love the game. It’s genuinely fun. However, this is infuriating. Can you please do something so that I can get back to enjoying the game?

Game is pretty generous so far in giving out orbs. Which it should as the gacha is pretty bad. Rates are okay, HOWEVER, due to IV's and needing dupes to feed for skill inheritance, it is a lot worse than it seems to be. Still have not gotten Ike. The story in this game is meh, nothing like granblue or fate grand order. Gameplay is where it shines tho. Tactics game is great on the phone although larger map should be introduced later in the game. Game has a lot more content now than when I first started. Before I gave this game 1 star because terrible gacha rates but at least they give out a lot of orbs. Still no Ike or azura tho. Good thing I got a random hector when looking for summer tiki (which I did not get) Edit: game lost 2 stars because it keeps making me download 640mb over and over again. Extremely annoying. I have space on my phone as well.

Literally every time I open the game it says it requires an update and it’s the same thing every time. I’ll play it at a time and then within a couple minutes later it needs another update.
  • Amazing. Thank you for the updates!

Quests are easier to see, shortcuts to the battles are very convenient, UI feels better than before, and I love the free summons! Keep it up!!!
