  • Expensive, not a lot to offer.

For the money they take from you they should give you better rout selection. Better control over what you do. I’m planning to leave this app soon. It is easy to out grow it. Zwift development should pay more attention to allow user to select better. And please, improve your graphics. It looks like taken from the mid 80s
  • Best workout thing ever invented

Have been doing Zwift since February 23: every day, non stop, running and riding, have lost over 35 lbs, have gone from 1.1 watts per log to 3.3; have become a cycling nerd, doing races, gotten 144 jerseys, I LOVE IT, get on the Zwift train, oh and I was not paid to say all that 😀😀😀
  • Way too unreliable

I think I’ve only had 1 or 2 rides that were trouble-free. Pretty much every ride I have to waste time on failed trainer calibrations, trying to connect my Apple Watch for heart rate, or some other absurd frustration. It’s just not an enjoyable experience. And then sometimes the workout doesn’t get saved on my Watch/Phone. I’m canceling my subscription, and will happily restart it when the developer priorities bug fixes and reliability over adding new locations. Until then, I don’t consider Zwift to be a fun way to work out.
  • Great, but a battery hog

I just started using zwift and I really like it. I can forsee using this a lot more over the winter to stay in shape and not lose as much time to the weather as usual. 2 shortcomings: 1. I really want to be able to choose my environment and not be subject to a schedule 2. A 1 hour workout on a smart trainer with cadence sensor and heart rate monitor paired takes 30% of an original iPad Pro battery. Yikes.
  • App crashed again!

Once again ... app crashed. This time as it was about to save my workout. Can’t recover the data. Piece of 💩
  • Very cool app

I first hated this app because of how inconsistent it was. It turns out it was my Bkool Smart Pro Trainer that was impossibly hard to convert to ANT+ FE-C (since it comes default as Bluetooth). Once I was finally able to convert to ANT+ Zwift now works flawlessly. Love it.
  • Slow controls

The UI gets slower with every update

Zwift has revolutionized my training and helped me increase my fitness even though I am in my 50s. My wife and I often ride together — it is a great way for us to spend time together and stay young yet ride the workouts which are appropriate for our different fitness levels and experience. On those days I consider not riding because of weather or being sick of four wheeled death machines, Zwift ensures I will get that workout in. And it is super addictive as well as allowing for very precise training. I thought it was crazy to spend $1k or so on a smart trainer until I demoed Zwift. Then I did not hesitate to swipe my card.

Zwift helps me make it through the winter much drier and fitter on the other side. From beta to today a big fan

When I was buying a gift card for my husband, I received plenty of help through the Chat. After that, nothing. We asked for help two weeks ago via email and have had no response. Thanks Zwift. You made your sale and don’t care about anything else.
