  • Great meditation but why beer?

    I’ve been using this app for several months and it really is my favorite meditation app, as far as narrators and content goes. The nice British lady’s voice is soothing and guiding as opposed to abrupt and distracting. But, okay, I pay like $13 or $15 a month (which seems worth it) and suddenly there’s this bulls***t Stella Artois meditation on here. It’s not a meditation, it’s a weird advertisement. Please no. I don’t pay $13 a month to have Stella Artois advertisements weaves into my meditation choices!!! Come on. Meditation is part of my journey of being mindful, eating better, exercising more, and drinking LESS. Not cool!! Also, I really don’t see how to switch to paying the yearly payment rather than the monthly payments. Would much rather pay the yearly sum now that I know I want to continue using the app.

    This app has great series to keep me engaged in meditation. Since starting them, I haven’t been skipping as many days. Love the great relationships so far the best!

    Clever way to get 5 star ratings on the app! The free lessons are great, then they ask you to rate. Then you must get ripped off in order to continue. Haha

    This app is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone new to meditation. The voice of the guide is very soothing and the different sessions are all very unique. Also the Inscape meditation studio is beautiful!

    The only function I use in this app is the free one, Dream Journey, which guides you to more restful sleep. Let me tell you, it works!! I’ve used it for the past 2 weeks and now I can fall asleep within 20-30 minutes (versus my usual 1 hr or so of tossing and turning in bed). Awesome app

    I’m very grateful for this at-the-ready series of wonderfully produced guided meditations. After thanking Gd for giving me another day, I start my day with a 20 minute meditation. I see its’ positive effects on my day, in how I interact with others and how it helps keep my inner narrative “in the flow”. Very grateful for whomever selected the voice of Skye — so soothing. And to access this right from my phone assures access to peace of mind at any given moment. Thank you 🙏🏽

    I like this app very much. A morning must! Helps me fall asleep peacefully and if I wake in the middle of the night it’s my go to sleep aid. Great selection of various meditation techniques.
