Pokémon GO App Details

Pokémon GO has now introduced social and trading features that allow Trainers to connect with each other by adding friends, sending Gifts, and participating in a new Friendship level system that unlocks bonuses. Trainers can now trade Pokémon with other Trainers nearby, earning a Candy Bonus for the Pokémon received. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 800 million times and named "Best Mobile Game" by The Game Developers Choice Awards and "Best App of the Year" by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • New events constantly & great way to make new friends

    By Sparkley8
When the game first came out, there wasn’t much to do and no one could do raids above level 2 or 3 because you needed several people and you didn’t know who played Pokémon Go. There also wasn’t much going on and people got bored after the first couple of months. Now, there’s community days every month, events almost every week, 3 hour legendary raid days most months, field and special research, and 3, almost 4, generations of Pokémon. Also, there’s ways to communicate and coordinate trades and raids with other players using different apps like Discord, Reddit, and Facebook. There are new events going on constantly and new shinies being released. Some events are great and others aren’t, but at least there’s constant change so players don’t get bored. I really enjoy this game because I’ve made several friends who play it and it makes walks with my dog much longer and more enjoyable. If you do it right, it can be a great way to make friends and get yourself outside and away from the tv and laptop. Just please be safe about it. Don’t play while you cross streets, don’t go to parks when they are closed, don’t trespass anywhere, and don’t take it too seriously. Be nice and fair to other players. Deliberately kicking someone out of a gym at 11:55 pm is very rude. And lying about what Pokémon you have to trade with will make people not want to ever trade with you again. Think about it like a sport: competitiveness is great, but show good sportsmanship and respect others who are playing the game. Suggestion for the game: I’d suggest more ways to receive stardust like maybe when you win a battle, you get stardust for defeating that Pokémon. Another method would be fine as well. Since stardust is required for trades and powering up Pokémon, it is difficult to get stardust even though you can get it from catching Pokémon, feeding berries in gyms, using star pieces, and doing research tasks. People who don’t trade or power up Pokémon have a ridiculous amount of stardust, but those that do both never seem to have enough. Stardust was fine when we were only using it to power up Pokémon, but since trading was added, we need a way to compensate for that addition to the game.

I got this game late and tbh it hasn’t been so bad... except I wish there were more varieties of pokémon you would put in the game. Secondly I would wish to change the pokémon in raid levels three and lower, they just aren’t as good. Lastly, make more pokestops and gyms in popular areas!!! please!!!!
