    In order to compose messages in the IOS mobile app you have to pay 4.99 Monthly. Don’t waste your money on this app. Not worth it at all.

    Just like anything the Government touches or recommends the quality goes down and the price goes up. Their are thousands of apps that do the same thing but better and have more features and are free no matter what device you use. Why not charge a one time fee and be done. $4.99 as a one time fee is still a rip off and you would of a Ton more paying clients. No one should be paying $60 a year for this garbage...
  • Calendar

    As a suggestion, can you add a calendar to your app? To assist with the scheduling of custody/visitation. It would be extremely helpful to see custody/visitation arrangements displayed in a calendar form. Thank you.
  • Limited message threads

    Paid my $5, and then from the app can't even reply to messages about half of the time, especially if they're long--need to login to the website to continue the same string! Really wish the app could handle the back and forth of a conversation, and not reach some maximum. On the app I have to keep making a new thread.

    Don't bother downloading. I can't get alerts even now I have checked my email to see if I blocked I've gone into setting of your program turned off and on the receive notifications. Then I called and asked for help I was told to make a new email. That isn't the response I expected nor do I feel it's ok. On top of it there's no way my x would agree to use a different service. So I'm stuck with no help but to change my email.

    I'd give it zero if I could... in less than two weeks the app charged me over $20 every time I'd try to log in to view a message despite the fact that I was never able to view it or log in. The charge just kept submitting every time I opened it. I contacted customer support and they asked me to send proof of the charges, I sent them the receipts from Apple. I never heard back from them again. $20 in less than two weeks for one message and to this day, a month later, I STILL cannot log in and can't get my money back for 4 months worth of use that I can't use. Horrible.
  • Need to be able to upload docs

    I love this app but you can't upload pictures/docs unless you are on your desktop. Which seems behind on the times to not be able to do this with a smart phone. This app desperately needs an update with that.
