  • Just not the same…

    By AROD7293
It’s a shame that this game has went from fun to extremely expensive. When they first started making changes, it wasn’t so bad. However, it’s gotten to a point where you need a lot of money in order to have fun. Tier classes constantly getting updated, 5 star medals went to 7 star medals now, and the CPU lvls for weekly events are through the roof! Even drawing medals for your avatar is ridiculous, mainly do to the draw odds. The only reason I’m still around for this game is mainly the story. That’s it. Other than that, this game is not really worth that much in my opinion. I’d say you’re better off just going on YouTube or any other part of the Internet to know the story.
  • Loading times and pay to win

This game has become a pay to win experience, not skill related or time invested related. Also pretty sad loading times as of lately.
  • Good start before crashing and burning

With nearly 800 consecutive days logged into this game, I’ve loved and enjoyed it for the most part. But while gacha games are normally and understandably catered to high rolling players, the latest updates in the last month alone have been awful and made it clear that profit trumps game balance as far as Square is concerned. Constant screwups with weak apologies, game changing mechanics locked behind an extremely poor designed PVP system, and game shattering units released week after week to immediately outpace the previous ones are just a few of the many problems this game has sunk into. Plus the story has just turned into complete Disney filler, so even that doesn’t feel worth my time. I’m hopeful that the game can pick itself up out of this pit, but that WOULD require Square admitting that they messed up, which they never do — unless you’re a JP player, in which case you’re lavishly rewarded just for existing. So if you’re really curious about what little lore it has to offer, save yourself time and misery and just go to YouTube.
  • The game has taken a terrible turn.

I’ve played since the first week. 798 days played as of today. First, notices and communication have been HORRIBLE recently. Banner have constant mistakes, and there was no notice of a huge buff coming to every medal, and yet they release one medal with that buff early, with no indication that it had a buff, basically lying about its multiplier comparative to ever other medal. Support is terrible and will only help you once, ever, which is not a good model for a game with loyal players. Then, the state of the game has been terrible since PVP came out. I finish weeks between top 1000 and top 100, (37 was my highest), so I know what I’m doing. Execution of the system is garbage. You have to play the last hour of reset if you want to get a good rank, since you can swap ranks with who you beat and can battle players more than half of your rank (so from 1 am to 2 am for me, which blows). Then, you find yourself constantly waiting to get into a battle since you can’t start battle with a player who is in battle, and the player selection list does not indicate if someone is in battle and just loads for 30 seconds and puts you back to the selection menu if a player you chose is in battle. Then after a few moments, you yourself have probably been selected and have to wait until that person is done battling you to continue. It’s not fun anymore. The power creep is so fast now too. Stain glass was stupid, jumping from +3 of a buff to +7. Then prime was stupid for jumping from -2 of a buff to -7. And now the new Kairi ex medal gives both +7 and -7 of that buff, which basically makes it to where whoever gets lucky and pulls is at a huge advantage, and no mercy on the medal is terrible for something so game changing. They have no interest in even a remote amount of balance and it’s clear each new banner is a bigger and bigger money grab. Things were getting better for so long and they have tanked so quickly recently. It’s sad, since I really do love this game, but I’m just about done.
  • At first really fun... then it turned into a big Pay to Win

I played KHuX for a good 650+ days and up until March of this year, it was extremely enjoyable. Unfortunately these other players paying huge amounts of money destroys any chance of competing. The amount of neglect & how they have favored the Japan version with the medals, more opportunities compared to the rest of the world is immensely unfair. Glacie does as much as she can to communicate with Square Enix... but the communication between SE & it’s community is sad. PvP is broken, Union Cross has become boring, Coliseum is very stale & repetitive, Story mode is barely used. VIP can barely stay ahead with F2P players, with the constant bombardment or banners to pressure you to buy even more jewels even though the opportunities for jewels (outside of playing money) have diminished. If you can’t pay a good amount of money just don’t bother (like $100+ weekly/monthly). The RNG is terrible with trait rolls & medal pulls... Kingdom Hearts is an amazing series, but it’s sad to see this app game go down really hard tarnishing the great KH name. UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD $$$ TO SPEND... DO NOT PLAY IT!!!
  • PVP ruined the game

    By AngelR3aper
This last update ruined the game. I hated the idea of PVP but thought I could avoid it and still enjoy the game. Nope! I’ve found it’s required because it’s the only way to get blue fairies to level your medals to ridiculously overpowered 7 tier medals. It’s a system that only rewards those already on top because they are the only ones who can get silver and gold tickets. Forget about even trying unless you have max defense boost. And however they figure out your ranking is wonky. You drop low fast. Very disappointing and unfair.
  • This game is great

    By DallasDominguez
If you love the Kingdom Hearts series you will really love this game! You get to be your own keyblade master, with a very refine and fun combat system. There lots of different keyblades and skills to use to fight heartless and it feels very rewarding coming up with a new wining strategy.
  • Not worth paying for

    By Dattebah
There are two versions of this game Global and Japan. The Japan version get’s all the best rewards, while Global version gets the worst part of the deal. There’s no equality whatsoever in the overall of game for the two versions and a lot of favoritism towards Japan. If you know the basics of the game on how to get jewels there’s no need to pay for it. The cost for this game is a fiasco. You are better off buying a full game on a console, than pay $15. a week just so you can get “some good stuff”. If you do pay for the game, you’ll end up like Trump quoting “this has been the worst trade deals in the history of deals, maybe ever”. The administrators of this game are unprofessionals making constant errors, and the way they handle things to fix them are something to be very disappointed and just lose all trust in this game. If you play you’ll have fun until you reach to the point where there’s nothing to do or be unable to play because of how hard it gets to keep up with other players. If you pay, you will regret it.
  • Nice game

    By N1ck.87..
So far the free characters you get when you summon are only tier 4 wish its was a tier 7 and up including star
  • Meh most likely not my type of game

So I deleted one of my fav games that I've been playing for years because I thought this one might be better. NOPE It was just not my type of game but for others like me don't get it it takes SO much storage and I fell for it. Now with my other game I have to restart everything because I got this game that I deleted a hour later!
