  • Frustrated!

This app has more bugs than a Florida swamp at sundown. I just paid for the full yearly membership and found out that it just doesn’t work. Once you choose a song you have to completely quit the app and restart it to get back to any menu. You are supposed to be able to pull down, but that doesn't work. This is just a sample of the bugs found, too many to list here. Looks like I just wasted a yearly subscription amount. I suggest purchasing a couple of cases of beer and wait until these folks get their act (app) together and fix it!
  • Eh it’s alright

This is the second best app I’ve found (first being Riffstation), but it needs improvement. Suggestion for the developers- pick a chord name and stick with it. The inconsistent use of chord names through the app really gets on my nerves and makes some songs nearly unplayable. It’s because of this, that I’m undecided with paying for a subscription. For example: I use the ukulele option more often than others. While I know chords generally have two names (the right one and the weird one), the way chordify generates the chords for each song is perplexing as well as frustrating. For one example, F# and Gb are exactly the same chord. I’ve found some songs that use either or, but with no reason as to why. Why not stick with the common name? Or just all alternate names? To be honest I don’t care- I can relearn chord names with shapes, in due time, but for God’s sake just stick with one or the other— it’s driving me crazy.

This is the only app I have to help me learn piano, ukulele, and guitar chords. Has virtually every song you can think of, and it's free! Love this app!

Got charged twice (monthly and yearly) have to deal with asking for my money, waiting between 1 to 10 days to get my US41.99 back on my checking account, app has bugs as well, very disappointed!!!

  • Too Expensive - Great App

I have been using this app since the free version. It is an excellent app for finding music for your favorite songs. However, a monthly subscription fee is absurd. I have noted the trend now by app developers is to attach a monthly fee for use of their app. I would rather pay for the app and use it at my discretion. This is greed and a ripoff. How much money do you think the average aspiring musician has laying around? Nearly a $100 per year for use of this app is consumer a consumer heist. I am extremely disappointed developers have chosen this route.
