  • Best workouts EVER

    I’ve had three babies and never fully got back into shape after any of them. My youngest is now 18 months and a few months ago, I figured it was time to get serious about getting back into shape! I somehow stumbled abroad Kelsey’s Instagram and followed her for awhile then decided to take a leap and get the app. It was pricey but I figured it’d be worth a shot since at-home workouts weren’t cutting it and I was too intimidated to go to the gym and do the machines on my own without a workout plan. Best.decision.ever!!! Kelsey’s PWR program changed my workout life forever! She lays out great (and hard!) workouts, and takes out the guessing game on what machines to do when. I feel stronger, more sculpted, and I’m not concerned with the scale. I like how I feel and know that with more time and continued dedication, I’ll only get stronger and more fit! And now her PWR 2.0 is out, soooo 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Also, on days I CAN’T make it to the gym, Kelsey’s workouts can be done at home with a few modifications (as long as you have weights/bands/etc)...and Kayla’s workouts are awesome, too! I’ve done those from home and they are killer in a whole different way! SO... to anyone on the fence like I was, DO IT. You won’t regret it!! This app is the best investment I’ve made in my fitness life to date!

    This app has completely transformed me inside and out. If you would’ve told me I would’ve seen the physical changes I’ve seen in the first twelve weeks of doing bbg I wouldn’t have believed you!   • I appreciate the warmup update

    I really appreciate the update with the warm ups included! I always struggled warming up before the workout. The warmups really helped get me through my workout.
  • Challenging and noticeable results!

    Prior to Sweat, I dreaded working out because I could never decide what exercises to do and my workouts were really inefficient. With this app, I just show up for 28 minutes, follow Kayla’s instructions and give it my all. I’m on week 20 of BBG and have dropped 1.5 inches of my waist and have considerable more upper body strength. I can’t recommend this app enough. For the first time in my life, I look forward to exercising and feel more energized throughout the day.

    I absolutely love using this app to follow the BBG program! It's like having a personal trainer in my pocket for LESS than hiring one myself! I have felt so much stronger and healthier since starting the program. You don't need a gym if you have this app but you can also use it at the gym! Take anywhere workouts that are challenging and fun! 10/10 would recommend!

    I love that I always feel challenged when doing the workouts on the Sweat app. I also love that there are videos for each exercise showing you how you should be doing them. Another thing that I think is so great is that you have options. Whether you want to do the BBG, Yoga, BBG with weight, other intense workouts or you are postpartum. Their are workouts for everyone. I’ve done the BBG now almost three times through and it always challenges me. Because as you get stronger you are just doing more in that 7 minutes. It’s hard but you will feel so much stronger after ❤️ I can’t recommend this app enough! You can do it 💪🏻
  • Almost, but buggy & unresponsive support

    I do love how easy this app makes working out. It's takes out the guess work and offers meal plans along with fitness. My problem is that I have experienced a few issues and I cannot get support to respond to my open tickets and it’s prohibiting use of the app. Please, please, please Sweat, work on the support experience and responsiveness and fix the bugs. I'm looking for alternatives now but I'm rooting for you.
