    I can’t believe how much they offer for their subscription price! I love that you can switch between the programs & it tracks everything! It’s a personal trainer in my pocket. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but now I would easily pay double! It’s SO WORTH IT!

    The Sweat app is phenomenal in every way. 1. Easy to use- access to all programs whenever needed; clean and organized. 2. My planner- allows you to schedule your week out by simply adding the workout which syncs to your iCal. 3. Step by step workouts- provides everything from modifications to timed sets. 4. Access to all other sweat programs- love the new FIERCE & PWR!

    There is not a single thing that I DON’T love about this app. The workouts are well demonstrated, exercise by exercise and the weekly planner keeps me accountable. I get a ton of inspo from the recipes as well and I love that every possible type of eating preference is available to choose from (for those of us with dietary restrictions).
