this app is AMAZING! i’m only in week 3 and i’m already leaner, stronger, and healthier because of it. my skin is glowing and i have fewer breakouts too. ;) get this app and take advantage of it... it’s expensive but worth it. you won’t regret it.

I started my 7-day free trial and I canceled my account after 3 days since I didn’t have time to work out and then was still billed 2 weeks later.
  • Great Workouts, Slow App

I LOVE these workouts so so much. I just wish the app wasn’t so slow and wouldn’t freeze on me. That’s my only stipulation. But seriously, don’t let that stop you from working hard on your bod! 💪🏼

A few things. I don’t like apps that make me feel pressure to use now. Just a big turn off to fill in information to be brought to that screen at the end. For that I deleted. I don’t do subscriptions. If I like a lite version of an app I will purchase the full version.

Do your research first. I'm wishing I had. Now like so many others I'm still being charged months after cancelling. The app isn't even that great. There are so many better options out there. Don't bother with sweat.
  • SO MANY BUGS & no real support

The workouts are great. But, the app does not work well. And there’s no option anywhere to report bugs and get real support except a FAQ search page. Not worth the price. I wish they would make a PDF option.
  • Great Workouts, Awful App

PWR program has been great and the workouts are fun, but the app in general is terrible. It malfunctions in the middle of every single lift session. I get a couple minutes in and it goes straight to “cool down.” My planner is all crazy and out of whack saying i’ve done things that I haven’t or not recording things that i have done.
  • Great workouts, wish the app was a bit better

The workouts are excellent! I love them! I own the book, the digital download, and I pay for the app. I really like the workouts. But I wish the app had the ability to cast onto your TV (chromecast/appleTV) and downloads for offline use (modeling after music apps that have a 30 day expiry if not connected to the web) as some gyms do not have WiFi or cell service.
  • Awesome workout app

So, I’ve used her program after I borrowed it from a friend for a couple months and it was hard to just do it from the booklet. It’s easy to get bored...then the special happened for this app and a friend and I started together. This app is really good. 1. Do it with a friend. The great thing about that is you both can keep tabs on one another so that you feel bad about missing a day. 2. The exercises really improve your health. I’m on the third week and I overall feel more energized in the morning and less groggy in the afternoon. My muscles are starting to tighten and firm up, the tummy is my problem area so I figure that will take more work than everything else. 3. It doesn’t require much except 30 minutes out of your day. I used to tell myself all the time I never had the time for it. The 30 minutes flies by so fast. I don’t eat 30 minutes prior, and normally do it the moment I come back from work. 4. The only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars is because of the alternatives. Now some alternatives (like the push-up and sit-up) are great. But i get so aggravated when I see things like burpees in week two when I just physically cannot do them. I DESPISE burpees so I really wish there was a way to customize a workout and day instead of 10 burpees, do 20 (blank). For the most part though I skip those last sets of burpees and continue with the circuit. I feel great using this. I’m scared when the deal is over. Not sure if it’s worth $20 a month, but if you see similar results like you would with a trainer than obviously it’s a great deal!
  • Cumbersome and lacks many features

Overall, the exercise programs seemed well done though not enough instruction, and the functionality of the app poor. I don't usually give such poor reviews on apps, but found it necessary here. I will say that I tried to search through the Help file to find the answers to these issues, however, I was unsuccessfully. If this app has these features, and you can't find the answers in the Help file then perhaps the Help section is what needs to be revisited. Here's why I found the app cumbersome to use and lacking. Cumbersome: 1. Many clicks just to get to your workout and activity calendar. For example: I believe that I should be able to go to the Activity calendar and then click the particular exercise for the day/time and the app should then pull up the exercise video. However, this app requires you check your calendar then go and find your exercise video for the day. The calendar doesn't appear to have to link to the videos; and 2. Suggestion: when click on a workout routine perhaps it should just list at the top what equipment is required, so it is not necessary to click a separate tab; 3. There are more thoughts regarding the clunkiness of this app ... these are just a couple. Lacking: 1. Does not have verbal instructions to exercise, so requires the user to constantly look at your screen while trying to focus on your moves; 2. Could not get this app to work with my music. Music would play and then shutoff after a few seconds; 3. Does not appear to have the ability to change the day you want your program to begin. For example: I signed up to use this app on Monday evening, but I wanted my exercise program to begin on Tuesday. I did not find the capability to change the day a program begins.; 4. I used this app on my iPad it does not have the ability to rotate from Portrait to Landscape; 5. When using the Yoga exercise routine, I would finish the exercise meaning the time would end, but there was no audio alert just an arrow flashing. So if I wasn't looking at my screen, I wouldn't know to move onto the next exercise set; 6. I found the exercise routine okay, but lacking in information. For example: in the yoga exercise routine, should I repeat the exercises over and over or hold a pose for the remainder of the time. Perhaps people may find my thoughts "picky'. I was just hoping these comments might provide people with some additional information. Good luck!
