    I’ve enjoyed doing this fitness plan and like how you check off the requirements each week. I started doing the beginner program twice and started seeing results after the first few weeks. Now I’m about to finish the eight week program and will likely do that again. I haven’t done the food program, but I’m sure that’s a nice plan too. I really like that it’s about 30 mins each time and their is a demo for each exercise.

    I love that this app gives me a schedule to follow throughout the week and that I can easily tap through my workouts to keep me on track each day. There is always a variety so you never get bored and it keeps you feeling like you’ve had an amazing workout each week. The community is amazing and so motivating; I love that the girls in the forums love to give advice and motivation to other girls. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to become stronger, needs help figuring out what to do in the gym, or just wants something to keep them accountable. These workouts definitely make me SWEAT!

    At home with no equipment exercises advertised. Paid $110 bc it was a promotion yet it didn’t state refund policy. Now I’m stuck with this workout app that’s useless. It’s 2019, you should offer a refund if a customer contacts you after 5 minutes of purchasing. After seeing the workouts, there’s nothing worth over $100 for this. Thanks for taking my money. Don’t go through these people.
