    My biggest problem in the gym was knowing how to stay busy and focus on certain groups of muscles. This app takes all the guess work out and tells you what to do, how long to do it, and with how much weight. It learns as you go and soon I find myself pushing hard to try and do the reps or weight it’s calling for. It’s so much easier than trying to plan out different workouts each day and track which areas are recovered or spent! It also has so many variations that I don’t seem to get bored since no workout is ever the same. I just finished the first month and I’m going to switch to the yearly subscription!

    Recently the app switched to a subscription service, after I had been using it for a few years, and so I lost access to my data and was unable to make updates. However, after contacting the developers, they responded and corrected the situation for me. Very good customer service.

    I tend to get sucked into a “routine” at the gym and lose my motivation after repeating the same exercises. This app does all the tracking for me so I know I’m making progress and can push myself. I know each workout will be unique and will push me just as much as I need without injury. Great resource!

    It honestly deserves a 5 star review. I gave it a four star because I think they should add an option for those that are pregnant and/or maybe joint issues. The workouts should include calves, neck, traps, and other “minor” muscles. They always seem to be overlooked

    Lag in app is horrendous! Apparently this has to do with the fact that my workout log is large from using the app a lot? Whatever the reason it makes using the app extremely difficult because there is a huge delay between inputs. My subscription is up for renewal and I’m torn as to whether I should pay for another year since this performance issue has been present for months. The app and content in the app is great, but if it’s difficult to use it doesn’t matter how good it is. Please fix this!

    So this app isn’t awful. It has its perks and I enjoy using it daily, but I wish I could track my progress better. Some things that can be added -always seeing your progress -always being able to see achievements - better workout plans (don’t have high rep exercises mixed in on a low rep high weight day)

    This app is everything a personal trainer is not. I work out pretty regularly and Fitbod keeps the workouts fresh. This has helped me get out of my stagnant grove and start making some real gains. Sometimes the app surprises me with excersizes and weights I haven’t tried yet, but almost every time, I am able to get through the workout and conquer the challenge. The app keeps up with my strength gains and ramps up the next workout according to my success in the previous workouts.

    I have always been a cardio gal but after years of not reaching my goals I needed to switch sides of the gym. This app helps me to figure out how to use equipment and which exercises to group together and is super easy to navigate. I love that I can switch out exercises and the rest timer to keep me moving. Looking forward to seeing results!

    It’s like a personal trainer for introverts! I love the short video clips for each exercise so I can be sure I am doing it correctly. It’s pushing me to use equipment I haven’t tried before and I can feel my body changing!! I have been going to the gym for a year and this is a game changer for me.
