    I got out of CrossFit a few years back because of injury. When I found this app I was pumped. It lets me lift normally and keep track of the weight , but the conditioning workouts give me the old taste of CrossFit. Love this app.

    This solves my biggest issue with training at home - programming! This app allows you to select which equipment you have and provides a tailored sequence of workouts. I also love how there’s always a warm up and a cool down incorporated with every session.

    Don’t have the time or knowledge or motivation to craft a workout? You do now. Because Keelo takes care of it all for you. Short, intense workouts that will get you fit all over. And if you can’t or hate going to the gym, no worries, because Keelo can be done at home, with whatever equipment you have, and tailored to you fitness level. I’m a dad of triplets; if I can do it, you can do it. Truly a great app. There aren’t many apps I would say this about, but: I really don’t think you’ll ever regret purchasing a subscription.

    By far, the best personal fitness training app available. I’ve tried several and hands down Keelo is the best. I’m a member of a great gym with personal trainers and they can be a little pricey. I get the same benefits with Keelo as I would with a personal trainer for far less the price. The workouts adapt to my body and progression and plateau never happens. Thanks Keelo for this app and keep up the good work!

    I was very excited to try out this app and to have a quick look of how it worked I started the "Warm Up" section of the app and clicked through the exercises. It now says Completed without the ability to view the exercises in the section or restart the Warm Up section. This was a non starter for me.
